Prime Location: Spacious 3 BR 2 BA + 10 mins DT & BSU

This 1950's home has been recently remodeled and tastefully furnished. It is located in the Boise Central Bench. Spacious and within walking/biking distance to the amazing Boise greenbelt or St. Alphonsus Hospital. It's close proximity to Downtown, Boise State University, city parks, Boise Towne Square Mall and the beautiful Boise Greenbelt makes it easy to catch an Uber or drive to some of Boise's most popular spots within minutes.

Two bedrooms are located upstairs - queen bed in the main room & twin bunk bed in the 2nd room. Both of built in dresser/closet combos.

Kitchen is well equipped with the essentials. Gas stove, fridge/freezer w/ ice maker, Keriug coffee/latte and cappuccino maker (including a few k-cups for your first morning), pots & pans, plate and utensils for 6 people and coffee mugs.

Dining - table and 6 chairs (4 chairs are w/ 2 more that can be moved along with a leaf to extend the table).

Bathrooms - 2 full baths (one located upstairs and one downstairs), shower/tub combo upstairs and stand up shower downstairs. Fully stocked with towels, shampoo & conditioner, hand towels, wash rags and toilet paper.

Washer and dryer - free, on-site amenity w/ iron and ironing board.

Family Room - is located downstairs and features a TV w/ Roku, sofa that folds down to a sleeper (recommended for a small child), two chairs and plenty of room to hang out.

3rd bedroom is located downstairs w/ a queen size bed, chair and built-in dresser/closet.

Outdoor space features a large yard to run around and relax, a deck with a picnic table to enjoy the outdoors during your stay. Also, has a grill for outdoor cooking.

The house was great for our party of 6 family. Everything we needed including the pack n play which we took advantage of. Hosts were kind and responsive when i had questions. Super close to the airport and central Boise. Thank you for our stay!

This was a great option for five adults! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and lunch on the property and the bathrooms in the house were very clean. It got a little chilly in the basement at night, but if you turn up the heat during the day, it will warm up. The location was a 10 minute drive to downtown Boise and anything else we needed during our stay.

Second time staying here

We've stayed at this home twice now for an annual basketball tournament. Sean and Michelle are great hosts, great communicators. Perfect location, room to spread out and get some sleep before heading off to games in the morning.

The property is well maintained and loved the outdoor space, but wished there was more seating and small tables. Not enough glassware for more than 4 people. Communication with the owners was amazing!

Great little house, super close to everything in Boise

Highly recommend this house if you're looking for something close to everything in Boise. Less than 5 mins away from multiple grocery stores, gas stations, and the downtown area. Safe and clean neighborhood. House has a nice backyard, and the inside of the house has a cozy vibe to it. We'll definitely consider staying at this house again next time we visit Boise.

We were both born and raised in Eastern Idaho and moved to Boise in 2012. We have loved this area and spend a lot of our time being outdoors mountain biking, exploring the foothills, playing sports and enjoying all the Boise has to offer. Whether its walking the greenbelt, hitting up a football/hockey game or playing up at Bogus, we have always felt Boise is a great place to live!

We hope when people come to visit they have the opportunity to see why Boise is considered to be a big town with a small town feel -- good food, good people and always something to do.
