Located just mere steps from the waters of Horseshoe Bay and a short walk to Horseshoe Bay Resort, this home away from home is calling your name. It boasts a gorgeous and light-filled open floor plan seamlessly combining the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The living room boasts a soft and inviting L-shaped sofa and a large flatscreen Smart TV. Let your loved ones rest and unwind while you treat them to a delicious meal or midday snack thanks to the fully-equipped kitchen. It boasts incredible stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, a Keurig coffee maker, and a gorgeous island with marble countertops and six stools. The living room opens up to a convenient balcony with a couple of patio lounge chairs. There is a small laundry room equipped with a washer/dryer combo for your laundry needs–now you can pack as light as you want!

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.


Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Security camera details: There is an active Ring doorbell security camera at the front door only.


Dock details: There are 6 boat slips available for use but only on a first come, first serve basis. Located a very short walk to the end of property toward the lake. Swimming is allowed. Boat launch is located at Lake LBJ Yacht Club & Marina.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
