Perfect hiking trip to Breckenridge

Pinetop made our short stay in Breckenridge with family and friends very comfortable and memorable. The property is ideally located, close to town and popular trailheads with easy and free parking, clean, comfortable and welcoming house. Would recommend without hesitation and would love to return for more hiking or skiing.

Great Deal

The place had everything we needed and then some. The location was beautiful, the only drawback was not being on the bus route. The living room was cozy and the beds comfortable.

Christmas 2024

Great location, about 10 min drive from Ski lift. Very quite and beautiful location looking into Pine trees and nature. House is roomy and very comfortable for 8 people (4 adults and 4 teenagers). Beautiful deck (for summer). Driveway is flat and easy to get to in the winter even though I would recommend AWD car in winter since the road to the house was snow covered during our stay. Great snow conditions for skiing though during our stay. We were two families with all together 8 people. After 2-3 showers the hot water supply went down. We had to space out shower times between the 8 people, not a big deal but important if you don't like cold showers. 2 out of the three bathrooms are Jack-and-Jill (worked well for us).Kitchen is well equipped. Bathrooms nicely updated. The drawers in all bedrooms could use some updating - just do not move well. We stayed for 12 days and enjoyed every minute of it.

Cozy place in the trees

We loved our stay at Pine Top. The location was cozy and peaceful. Although the location isn't walkable to town, I think it's worth the trade off for the serenity and the drive into town is short. The house itself was large and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The main level has the kitchen, dining room, living room, one bedroom, one bathroom (shower), and a fireplace and deck. The lower level has three bedrooms, one with its own bathroom (shower) and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom (tub/shower combo). The bed we slept in was very comfortable. There is also a huge deck on the lower level. We stayed here during the winter so we didn't get a lot of deck time (we did use the grill and do some stargazing), but I imagine these decks are incredible during the summer in the shade of the trees. We enjoyed the nice sunlight coming in the large windows in the living room. The hosts were very responsive to all of our questions. We really liked the huge wood burning fireplace and there was plenty of firewood available on the deck.

Into the Woods

This expansive and immaculate gem is cocooned in a lodge-pole pine forest just minutes away from Main Street Breckenridge and Breckenridge ski area. Our family of five had plenty of room to relax and read, cook and play board games between our days of skiing. The kitchen was well equipped and made our daughter's boyfriend (a chef by profession) very happy! The views from not one but two decks made this a luxury property you don't want to miss! Communication with the owners was friendly, responsive and we couldn't have had an easier check in/check out process. Thank you Bodeen Family for sharing your lovely home!

Perfect

I couldn’t ask for a more perfect VRBO. Check in/out process was easy. Location is great and the neighborhood was really quiet. The home hosted me and my friends comfortably. If you’re looking for a place close to town that’s quiet and quaint, then this is your place.

Loved our white stay at this property!

Cabin has all and more you need for a pleasant stay and communication with host is excellent! They are always available if needed without invading your privacy. The property is in a perfect location, like just in the middle of the woods but also safely close to town. We hope we can stay with them again soon. We recommend this property 100% Thank you!

Wonderful family getaway

We had three families with us: My family of four, my parents, and my sister and her husband. The four bedrooms and three baths were perfect accommodations. There is one bedroom on the main floor, along with the kitchen, dining room, living room, and a large deck. That was great because it allowed my parents to never have to take the stairs. The property managers were very helpful when we had questions on how to use the TV and portable heater, even stopping by to help in person. We enjoyed making breakfast in the large kitchen, snuggling in front of the fire to watch a playoff football game, star gazing on the deck, and having fun in the snow on the side of the house. I appreciate how this location is very close to town, but far enough away that you get the peace and quiet (and dark) away from the city. The only improvements that could be made are small: a better showerhead in the joint bathroom that connects two rooms, and a few extra cozy blankets by the fireplace. Luckily since we drove, we were able to bring our own. I highly recommend this cabin for guests with 8 or fewer people.

Great cabin in the woods.

Had a family get together for a family members birthday and this house was perfect for our even. Nicely stocked and very clean. The bathrooms were updated and nice. Would stay again! Best part was it was just outside of town to feel like you were getting away yet close enough to have just a short drive to the slopes.

Amazing Home -1.2 miles from Breck

This is an amazing home. Super close to Breckenridge (1.2miles) but feels like you are miles away. It is absolutely perfect for large families. Extremely spacious with lots of amenities. Heated floors in all the bathrooms, super nice refrigerator, kitchen amenities galore (all practically brand new /excellent condition) to include air fryer (this was a plus), an amazing fireplace, TVs in all rooms, and humidifiers in all rooms (nice touch for the dry air). We loved the family history in the home as well. Just beautiful touches everywhere. Best VRBO we have every stand in. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home.

Amazing Getaway

The best of both worlds with wonderful touches of Breckenridge history combined with top end upgrades throughout home. It's a true mountain experience that is secluded in beautiful pines, yet just minutes from Main Street Breck with all the fun. Great indoor and outdoor space, well equipped kitchen, large top end grill on gorgeous deck made this a retreat!

Fabulous time in Breckenridge

We had a simply wonderful time at this beautiful home. Everything is clean, fresh and meticulously maintained. The kitchen is a perfect place to cook and gather. All of the dishware, cookware and appliances seem to be brand new. We loved the showers both upstairs and down. The bedding was really comfortable. We had a fire in the great room every night. How wonderful to smell real burning wood. The location could not be better. Far enough away to feel the great outdoors but just 10 minutes from the heart of Breckenridge. We loved the fall colors, but ski season would be terrific too. There is enough room for a big family to gather and celebrate. We are already making plans to return.
