The Helles Manor - Historic Brittany Manor - 4 luxurious bedrooms near beaches

La Métairie du Hellès is a Breton manor house from the 12th to the 16th centuries on 1.5 hectares, 3 kilometers from the beaches, close to Locquirec and its many shops, bars, and restaurants, 20 minutes from Morlaix (TGV station) and 45 minutes from Brest (airport).

The property offers four spacious and contemporary-furnished bedrooms with three bathrooms, as well as a large shared and equipped kitchen on the ground floor of the tower. They are furnished in a contemporary and understated style using traditional and natural materials (terracotta tiles, wood, lime/sand plaster, etc.) and three simple but comfortable bathrooms. The renovations were carried out with strict respect for the site's heritage character.

The grounds cover 1.5 hectares, including an orchard, a large field, and the former vegetable garden. The property is organized around a vast, walled courtyard, quiet and protected, where the first evenings organized by the founders of the Vieilles Charrues were held. Much remains to be done to develop the land. Many animals roam it or live there regularly: owls, a cat and her babies, a wild rabbit, and sometimes a deer.

The price includes cleaning upon arrival and departure, and once a week for stays of more than seven nights, linens (sheets and towels), toiletries (shampoo, shower gel), coffee and tea, as well as kitchen utensils and basic cooking supplies (oil, salt, pepper, etc.). A washing machine and dryer are available. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and more. We can provide breakfast upon request.

We welcome children up to two years old free of charge and will provide children's bedding. However, the courtyard is not completely secure for young children, so care should be taken and they should be kept under close supervision.

We will endeavor to accommodate guests with reduced mobility, as the property is not yet specifically adapted. Access to the ground floor rooms is available directly in front of the building (with caution when driving) for guests with reduced mobility.

All pets are welcome.

Vaping is permitted on the property and smoking is permitted outside.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and all rooms have a single desk to facilitate remote working.
