Description: Located in the beautiful development of Echota on the Ridge, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom top floor (stair access only) with loft condo is perfect for your next vacation. This condo is fully furnished with everything you would need for a long retreat or a short weekend getaway. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals and the living room is inviting with a gas log fireplace and amazing mountain views. Curl up, get cozy and read a book, watch TV or take a nap…. the choice is yours! Guests of this unit have access to the deck from the living room or primary bedroom where they can breathe in fresh mountain air while gazing at the mountains and listening to the sounds of nature. Enjoy a short mountain getaway to relax or an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer. 

Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The views were absolutely amazing and something we enjoyed every day. The location couldn’t be better—convenient to the ski slopes and just a short drive to Boone, making it easy to enjoy both outdoor adventures and great dining and shopping. The condo itself was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The grounds felt safe, quiet, and beautifully manicured, which added to the overall relaxing experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This property was very clean and had gorgeous views of the mountains!

This property was a great space for our family. We enjoyed spectacular views of the mountains on the porch. We will definitely be visiting again! We had a wonderful time and our accommodations at this property were comfortable, quiet and peaceful which is exactly what we all wanted for our vacation!

Overall great

The place was clean and nice. The view was amazing. The only issue was the confusing check in/out directions. It was not clearly stated what to do when you check in after office hours. We drove around in the middle of a storm trying to figure it out. Check out directions were also confusing. The directions listed in the condo were different than the ones we received. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Great stay!!

Overall we had a really great stay! This is our second stay at the Echota properties and we really enjoy the location, quiet setting, and outstanding views! My kids loved the loft space and were able to head up there to watch their own shows and enjoy feeling pretty grown up for having their “own area.” The decor was pleasing and I loved being able to just fire up the fireplace at the end of the day on the slopes! The only two things I would change if it were my own personal property that I was renting are, I would add curtain panels in the downstairs rooms to help block the morning light and the master bedroom bed was entirely too firm for our liking, and my husband likes a firm/hard bed. It doesn’t have that cozy, luxurious feeling I expect when I stay other places. Otherwise, great property!!

Beautiful mountain condo!

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful weekend getaway at this lovely mountain condo. It is beautifully furnished and we were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the condo. It is nicely located in a quiet private area but yet close enough to enjoy shopping and restaurants in nearby Boone. All of us agreed that we would absolutely stay at this condo again! Overall, it was an excellent experience.
