Welcome to the Greenside Getaway. This ground floor condo is located 60 yards from the 16th green of the Pinehurst #5 Course. A+ location! Walk to The Cradle, Clubhouse, Village Square and the Fair Barn. Enjoy your favorite beverage while enjoying the view from the back patio that provides NonStop golf action! You can see 4 holes of Pinehurst courses! 4 Full beds with gel memory foam mattresses. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need! Pet Friendly!

Our condo is located right on the 16th Green of #5 course. Panoramic views from the back patio with plenty of seating. Brand new gel memory foam mattresses(medium firm). 2 Full bathrooms. 4k smart Tv in each bedroom and the living room with a perfect practice putting mat. Professionally cleaned linens and condo prior to your arrival.

Guests have access to the entire condo and condo common areas.

Local Taxi Service, Walking Distance to everything, Uber/Lyft

We are pet friendly. $89 per trip. Please feel free to message host with any questions or concerns.
PETS allowed additional $30 per night. Any Smoking Must be Done OUTSIDE of the Condo and Balcony. These are 100% wood construction. NO Bachelor or Bachelorette parties. No Wedding After Parties. NO LOUD NOISE PAST 10PM.

From the moment we inquired about this property the owner was professional, prompt and helpful. The house was neat and clean and had the most beautiful architecturally interesting bathrooms we’ve ever seen! Very near the darling town of Pinehurst this is a must stay!!

The host were amazing. The inside was stellar and definitely pleased my husband and daughter. The porch had a stellar view of the course. It was fun to watch the golfers! They played Tot Hill Farm and Mid Pines. We have the a very similar inside putting practice mat they had inside! We left a tee from our course in Virginia inside the big glass jar inside, Orchard Creek! What an incredible stay and they were more than patient with our many changes in stay! Thank you so much!

Beautiful condo walkable to the resort!

We have stayed in many of these condos and this one was one of faves! Beautifully updated, walkable to the resort and great views of the golf course right out the back and clubhouse across the street. We can't wait to come back!

Great experience - location, amenities and cleanliness.

David was a fantastic host and the condo was perfect for location, amenities and cleanliness. We look forward to our next stay at Pinehurst. Recommend Midland Bistro, Racetrack diner and (per David's recommendation), The Roast Office for great breakfast, and of course, Pinehurst Brewery for BBQ followed up by North/South bar for bourbon drinks around the firepit.

Wonderful location and condo!

This is one of our best rentals in Pinehurst! Location can’t be beat! The condo is clean and comfortable. It has everything we needed. Check in and check out a breeze and communication with owner was great. We hope to stay again when visiting Pinehurst!

Perfect Pinehurst Spot

The location of this condo is perfect. We literally walked to our tee time on #3, walked to the Cradle every day, it couldn’t have been better unless we were literally staying at the Pinehurst clubhouse. The condo was clean, easy to check in, and David was super easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend staying here!

Very nice condo in Pinehurst

Fantastic ground floor condo located at the 16th green of Pinehurst #5. Clean interior and very well maintained. The bedrooms have two double beds in each, which could be a problem if you're a tall person (as I am). Otherwise, wonderful unit. Highly recommended.

Very nice but....

Very nicely furnished with the exception of the beds which I found very uncomfortable. Memory foam on a slab basically. Great otherwise but a bad nights sleep isn't what I want on a trip. 3 of 5 stars because of beds.
