Interior & Comfort As you enter the apartment, you'll be greeted by a spacious 26-square-meter studio with a minimalist yet comfortable ambiance. Natural light streams in through a large window, illuminating the space and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. The apartment is on the third floor, accessible by elevator and stairs, catering to your preference.
Kitchen Amenities The kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, equipped with a stove, mini-fridge, microwave, Dolce-Gusto coffee machine, electric kettle, and a comprehensive set of cooking utensils and tableware. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you'll find everything you need.
Bathroom Essentials The private bathroom is designed for your ultimate comfort, featuring a shower with both hot and cold water options. We also provide bath gel and fresh towels to enhance your bathing experience.

1-Our apartment is located in a vibrant and lively neighborhood known for its bustling nightlife and local culture. While this adds to the unique charm of the area, it may also mean some noise can be heard from nearby venues and streets until around midnight to 1 AM. If you’re a light sleeper or prefer a very quiet environment, our place is likely not for you.
2- The apartment is equipped with a portable air conditioning unit that requires a window to be slightly open to vent the hot air outside. As a result, some noise from the street may be audible when the AC is in use.
3- Amenities such as shower gel, toilet paper, coffee, tea, sugar, or wine are provided as a courtesy and are not replenished for the entire duration of your stay.
4- We offer IT equipment in this apartment for remote working. The equipment included is: a 600 MB Internet connection with a ping below 50ms*, an office chair, and a 24-inch monitor with an HDMI cable. The Remote working equipment is stored in the apartment, with a visible sign indicating access. Feel free to use anything you need, but please be considerate and keep it in good condition for the next guest.

Conveniently located (although a lot of road noise at night), well-equipped, v quick response from owner when we had a minor issue. Very good value for money. 15 minute walk from Santa Catalina bus station and a 2.90 bus (line 60) to the airport.
