Mountain and City VIEW property! Charming and cozy home with a view just outside the city of Fairbanks. The cabin has all of the amenities for your comfort while being in a forest-like setting, with amazing views. From September-April if the northern lights are out, you can view them right outside the cabin. Come and relax in this calm, stylish space. The aurora is right outside the cabin on any given night...


Side note:
Staying in the city of Fairbanks makes viewing the northern lights extremly difficult due to light pollution. The cabin being a few miles outside of town makes it the perfect location and conditions for viewing the northern lights, having zero light polllution.

We had wonderful time at this place. We could see northern lights right out of the cabin. All the amenties provided were great. We will definitely keep this place in our mind when we come back sometime in future.

Great stay

We love staying at this little cabin. Great location and very comfortable. This was our second time here and this is our “go to” place to stay when we are in the Fairbanks area.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at Cozy Alaskan cabin. Owner communicated well and cabin was clean. We also got to see the northern lights overhead standing in the driveway.

Cabin in the wood

Our family of 3 had a good time. The cabin has a good space and everything you need. There is only one small heater in the living room, but it heats fast enough to make our stay comfortable. The cabin is about 8 miles from Fairbanks downtown in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t see the northern lights, unfortunately, it was too cloudy, We recommend Trudy’s cabin.

Nice place to stay

Although we weren’t in Fairbanks very long we enjoyed the comfort of your home. We were able to go and see the Northern Lights while we were there.

Great place!

We loved staying here. The host was very helpful. The cabin is updated and lovely. It has a full kitchen. The location was perfect for touring the area attractions.

Amazing views!

Trudy was such a a wonderful host! Gave us tips to see the Aurora and was super communicative. The place had everything we needed. Not fancy, but comfy and fantastic location for the price! Saw the Northern lights right outside. And the view from the kitchen/dining room was so beautiful. Will definitely stay again if /when we go back!

Overall a nice place. Essential items like paper towels, extra garbage bags not provided so beware. Easy check-in access and 12pm check out is nice.

We had a great stay, the cabin was nice, convenient to everything and most of all lived up to the hype. We were able to view the spectacular northern lights right outside the front door. Host Trudy was very helpful!! Highly recommend!

Cabin in the north

Nice quiet cabin just north of Fairbanks. Easy drive to town for dinner. Great view of the city and mountains in the distance. Internet was good. Great place to relax.
