Welcome to Casa de Arbol, a slice of heaven in my beloved hometown of El Paso! This rental was designed by frequent travelers (my wife and I) to be a welcoming, comfortable place that’s a joy to come home to—whether you’re visiting for work, fun, or a little of both. Start your morning with fresh fruit plucked from the apple and pear trees just outside. Then brew a cup of coffee on the Keurig and get some work done (if you must) with AT&T Fiber 1GB high-speed internet that reaches all corners of the house, including the plush outdoor sofas under pergola shade. Or forget the laptop and use the outdoor space to nap, read a book, sip a cold drink, and/or catch up with your people!
BED & BATH
Soothing colors and high-quality furnishings and appliances add to the feeling of “ahhhhh” when you step inside our cool, modern home. Special attention was given to the design of the home’s three bedrooms, which include two bedrooms with king beds and one with a queen bed.
Each bedroom has either a desk or a reading nook and plenty of closet space. The master suite is especially indulgent, with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The other two bedrooms share a roomy hallway bathroom with a roomy double-sink vanity and tub/shower combo. We also have a blow-up queen air mattress and, for the littlest guests, a travel crib ready to go.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
Kiddos and teenagers have lots to love about Casa de Arbol, too! A sizable park ideal for family sports or long walks is located next door. On a rainy (or hot) day, there’s a games room with a collection of board-games, an Xbox Series S, and two bean bag gaming chairs. Or use this space as a home theater—we supply the popcorn machine, 70” 4K TV, and both Netflix and HBO Max for your family movie night.
Digital door locks make check-in a breeze. We’ll send over your unique code the day before your scheduled arrival. The whole house, including the full kitchen, living area, game room, three bedrooms and backyard area, are entirely yours and not shared with anyone else.

Ready to get out and explore? There is plenty to do nearby, including most major retailers within 5-10 minutes, and a variety of restaurants and bars that ensure you won’t have to eat the same thing twice. Downtown El Paso is just a 25-minute drive away from this bustling, fast-growing location on the east side of the city. When you get home, parking is never a problem: our free driveway fits two vehicles and there is plentiful on-street parking as well.
Hotels can’t hold a candle to Casa de Arbol! We hope to host you here soon.
We are located approximately a 21 minutes (12 miles) drive from El Paso International Airport. Downtown El Paso is just a 25-minute drive away.
In case someone locks themselves out of the rooms or you want to use the side gates, there is a key in the top drawer underneath the coffee/tea station.

EARLY CHECK-INS
Are not guaranteed. It is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 4pm. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early.
LATE CHECKOUTS
Must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights’ stay at the listing’s full price.
PACKAGES
We do not allow guests to order mail/packages to this location for privacy reasons. If you attempt to have something delivered to this address, it will be rejected and we are not held responsible for its whereabouts.
MAINTENANCE
If there is a maintenance issue please notify us immediately. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible but please understand that our maintenance team may not be available immediately. We ask that all our guests are patient and understanding in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to our staff, but it is dependent on the maintenance team’s schedule.
PETS
We do not allow pets as a general rule. Please reach out to us if you would like us to make an exception. If an exception is made, there will be a $250 pet fee. We do not guarantee it but it does not hurt to ask and, if caught breaking this rules, you will be charged an additional fee of $2050 for deep cleaning.
PARTIES
We enforce a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. This includes all guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $500.
CLEANING
Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the tub, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $150.
SUPPLIES
We only provide a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish-washing pods, laundry detergent, etc. You must purchase any additional items you may require or that run out during your stay.
FURNITURE
Any furniture or items (i.e. coffee maker, plates etc.) that were moved must be returned to their original place.
CAMERAS
We have Ring cameras on the exterior sides of the house only (driveway/carport, right side, left side, and backyard) as well as a Ring Doorbell by front door. These cameras are not monitored except by guest request or in case of an incident or emergency.
EXTRA TOWELS/LINENS
Please understand and accept that our housekeeping crew needs to cover a great number of units per day and within a short window of time. To accommodate the busy schedules, they often need to leave the CLEAN towels drying in the dryer as they move on. If you do not see enough towels/linens for you when you arrive, please check the dryer.
