Check-in is quick and hassle-free. A 24-hour concierge will greet you and guide you to your unit. The condo features keyless entry, and key fobs are provided so you can freely enter and exit the building throughout your stay.

The condo is located in Atlanta’s vibrant Hotel District, putting you within walking distance of top attractions and entertainment. Sports fans will enjoy proximity to Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena, home to the Falcons and Hawks. Cultural landmarks like the World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Park, CNN Center, and Georgia State University are all nearby.
With two MARTA stations just minutes away, getting around Atlanta is convenient and easy, making this location ideal for both visitors and business travelers.
Guests have full access to the entire condo, so the space is completely yours—make yourself at home.
Check-in is simple and secure. A 24-hour concierge will greet you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please bring a valid ID and notify us if the guest checking in is not the individual who booked the reservation. The concierge will verify that the name on the reservation matches the guest and guide you to your unit.
You will receive a digital door code in your check-in instructions for easy access to the condo. Inside, a key fob is provided to allow convenient entry and exit from the building for the duration of your stay.

The bedroom offers a comfortable bed with quality bedding for restful nights, while a sofa bed in the living area allows the space to adapt for additional guests. The flexible layout makes it easy to transition from daytime productivity to evening relaxation, whether you're traveling for work or a city getaway.

Set within the historic Peachtree Towers, this renovated July 2021 condo blends fresh interior updates with the character of a well-established building known for its solid insulation and peaceful atmosphere. A dedicated workspace and Wifi support remote work, while a TV with standard cable invites you to unwind. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan keep the space comfortable year-round.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped, offering everything you need to prepare meals at home. A dining table serves as both a gathering spot and a convenient workspace, perfect for slow breakfasts before heading out or relaxed dinners after a full day downtown. Coffee is provided to start your mornings with ease.
Bathroom & laundry
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and bathroom essentials to simplify your stay. An in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for extended visits, and clothing storage in the closet keeps belongings organized.
Outdoor & building features
Step onto the patio or balcony for a breath of fresh air and a view of the surrounding cityscape. The building offers elevator access and a private entrance, along with self check-in via smart lock so you can arrive on your own schedule. Exterior security cameras are located in common areas, elevators, and entry doors, with none inside the condo.

Positioned in the heart of downtown, you’re within walking distance of Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Georgia World Congress Center, Centennial Park, World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, and America’s Mart. Two nearby MARTA stations provide easy access across the city, including a direct ride to the airport.
Whether you're visiting for a sporting event, business trip, or an extended stay, this centrally located condo offers comfort, flexibility, and seamless access to Atlanta’s most recognizable destinations.
Surface parking lot right next to the building and a parking deck a block away. Note: Parking fees are not included with the rental and are paid separately.
Uber is always less than 5 minutes away and very reasonable on price.
Other Notes: I have shampoo, conditioner and body wash available.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside of an exchange unit in the condo. The exchange unit blows hot or cold air off of the fan coil into the room. An exchange unit is located below the windows in every room. The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request. z
WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level. z
ANIMALS: are not allowed, per HOA
PARKING: Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
