It is 8 minutes from the USF, 15 minutes from downtown Tampa, 15 min from Tampa Airport,25 min from ClearWater beach. It is very central and has many restaurants around.

This property was perfect for our short stay Tampa. The house was very clean and had all the kitchen utensils we needed. We enjoyed the pool as well. Will definitely stay again for next years races

Recently stayed a week for cheer competition. Owners very nice and communicative. Easy check in/out process. Home is old but clean. Any issues owners were very receptive and helpful. Great eats on the USF side. Minutes from Busch Gardens. Neighbors quiet.

We booked our stay for the recent Eagles v Buccs game. The location is approx 20 min drive to stadium. The home was well equipped and perfect for our two families. The host was gracious and very responsive! I would highly recommend this home we had a wonderful stay!

This is a nice property

It was centrally located to the places we visited. The neighborhood is very quiet. The pool area is fully screened in, a definite plus. We spent much time using the pool side swing, in the sun. The weather was perfect. I would say that the only negative would be that the pool heater broke just prior to our arrival so the pool was too cool to use. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice place with pool amazingly close to Busch Gardens

Overall the property was a nice place to stay. The kids enjoyed the pool a few times. Only giving 4 stars as the pool heater was broken during our visit, with the heated pool being the main reason for our choice of the property. By the time the kids had exited the pool, it was a little too chilly to be in the water without the heater. The host communicated with us quickly and professionally. We were informed that the heater had broken 1 week prior to our trip. We did take advantage of nearby Busch Gardens, though, which was very convenient.

USF visit

My daughter and I flew down for her USF orientation and we enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful--tastefully renovated with a well maintained classic and lovely pool. The back is screened and totally fenced for excellent privacy. There were only two of us, but there is ample room for more. Beds were super comfortable and we had everything we needed. It's one of the nicest houses on the street. Not an upscale neighborhood, but we had no problems and it's a short distance to Busch Gardens, USF, and tons of fast food, grocery stores, big box stores, etc. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks to the host for a good experience.

Graduation Celebration

I was most impressed by the humanity that Leonardo communicated with. The house is lovely and very welcoming. It was accommodating to every person in my very large family. Leonardo was understanding of the family dynamic and went above and beyond the call to make sure we had everything we needed to feel at home. Communication was easily from pre-booking through check-in and check-out. Leonardo even checked on us during the stay to make sure everything was good. It was a great experience overall and the pool was a hit with the little ones in the family, with life jackets and floating devices for extra safety. The street is quiet and the location was very accessible from many directions. Can't say thank you enough. The Graduation Celebration was better than I could have ever imagined. Mama, we made it! Perfect Summer Getaway for Family!

This property is truly the perfect summer getaway house for your family! The house is in excellent condition and everything is clean and working. Mr. Leonardo, the property manager/owner, is very hospitable, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. He makes sure that you are comfortable during your stay and is easy to get a hold just in case you need anything. Me and my family of 4 had a great time staying at this property. The house is very cozy and the pool is definitely an added bonus. Plus, it's close proximity to various landmarks and the freeway/highway is another added perks! Highly recommended!!!
