Contemporary Beach Getaway with Expansive Views

You will never want to leave this 3-story contemporary beach house! Perfectly located across from Marina park and just STEPS TO THE BEACH. This 3300 sq ft, 5-bedroom home includes 2 LARGE master suites, 3.5 baths, and 2 spacious balconies overlooking the ocean.
Upon entering, you will find the rustic first-floor den including a large Smart TV, cozy sofa, and closet with numerous beach/outdoor games for the whole family to enjoy. The first floor also includes 3 unique bedrooms each equipped with extremely comfortable queen beds and plenty of closet space.
Moving up to the expansive second floor, you will be greeted by a beautiful living space with panoramic views of the ocean, park, and harbor. The second floor features a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, dining table that seats 10, and large balcony with built-in BBQ. The second-floor master suite includes a king bed, large bathroom with bathtub, and walk-in closet.
Finally, we move up to the luxurious third-floor master suite. This newly remodeled area contains a private lounge with a wet bar, Smart TV, and beautiful city/mountain view. You will fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves and wake up to grand, breathtaking ocean views. This master suite contains a king bed, walk-in closet, and a gorgeous bathroom with a rainfall shower.

This is a Fantastic home! It was a perfect location for our family! The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker etc! The home is clean and well maintained, the pictures don’t do it justice! Jayne communicated well and was quick to respond!And just steps away from the beach.

Wow! What a wonderful Family Reunion-Vacation! The beach house was absolutely stunning and our property manager, Jayne was so accommodating. We couldn’t decide which was our favorite room, the suite upstairs or the main floor with the living room and kitchen. The view of the beach was breathtaking. Thank you Jayne for your hospitality. CA Wedding

Perfect place to stay for our daughter’s wedding with family. The upstairs worked out perfect for the bride and attendents to get ready in and we were able to get some lovely pictures while there. We had a couple of days to relax and just enjoy being in CA. The hosts were wonderfully accommodating for us. Our daughters venue was double booked (found out 30 hours before the wedding) and having this house so close to the beach was a lifesaver.

You cannot find a better home in Ventura. There is a reason that this home is always booked. The view is amazing, the decor is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the floor plan is open and airy… I guess there are many reasons! Jayne is a welcoming and thoughtful host. We had a group of 5 Dads whose children all met in elementary school. I moved back East after they all graduated high school, and we try to get back together once a year at the beach. This was the perfect place to do that.

Great Ventura Beach Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous home overlooking Marina park and the beach. You really couldn't ask for a better location. The home was well stocked with everything we needed , extra toilet paper, paper towels, even coffee, sugar, truvia, spices, you name it- it was there. It was a nice touch that the host left fresh flowers, a bottle of red wine( from their vineyard?) and some sweet treats that seemed to be homemade and were just delicious. We a fabulous and relaxing time- highly recommended.

Wonderful house near the beach in Ventura

This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful house with such good sleeping and living spaces, and many other amenities, including an awesome kitchen. It is just a few doors down from the beach, and directly across from a park. The property manager is great to work with and communicates before, during and after the stay, as needed.

Amazing stay

Great home, location, layout. Home worked great for all ages. We used this as a home base for being in town for a wedding but it was so beautiful we are looking forward to another stay in the future for a family getaway.

Favorite Beach House

The location of this house is amazing! We loved that there was enough room to accommodate so many of our family members. We also have family that lives nearby, and the park or beach are perfect for a family reunion. The house comes with fun amusements like puzzles, games, surf boards, boogie boards, and a bike. Another great stay!

This is the second time we have stayed at this house and loved it both times. The location is amazing, steps to the beach and biking distance to DT Ventura and all the cute shops and restaurants. But if you don't want to leave the house the huge windows and balconies have spectacular views of the beach and surroundings. The kitchen is equipped for great family meals and the living areas have comfortable hangout spots.
