Conveniently located between Pensacola and Destin, our condominium is nestled on the white sand beaches of Santa Rosa Island along Florida’s Emerald Coast in beautiful Navarre, Florida. A stay at Regency 503 will afford any visitor an opportunity to relax in comfortable and welcoming accommodations while enjoying a commanding view of the breathtaking waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our 1,522 square foot condominium features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms with spacious accommodations for six occupants. In addition to two swivel lounge chairs, the living room includes a couch and loveseat, both offering full view of the Gulf and access to the 30 foot wide private balcony. The dining room offers comfortable seating for six with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The master suite has a king-sized bed with full access to the private balcony and private bathroom with a granite countertop double vanity, whirlpool tub, and separate, large tiled shower. The second bedroom features two queen-sized beds and private bathroom access with granite countertop double vanity and large tiled shower. Both bedrooms boast large closets with additional linens and ample hangers. The full kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and offers both Ninja and Keurig coffee makers as well as a Ninja blender, large Cuisinart toaster, Instant Pot Vortex air fryer, and crockpot. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer along with an iron and ironing board so everyone can look spectacular for those family beach photos! Lastly, the balcony offers elevated seating for six with two pub style tables and a single chaise lounge.

Reserved COVERED parking is included with each reservation!

Between mid-March and October 31st, each reservation also includes daily beach service!
