Main chalet (with adjoining holiday accommodation) on 2 levels comprising on the ground floor: equipped kitchen. 1st floor: converted attic with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Annex chalet with access from the outside (ground floor + 1st floor): 1 bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed, bathroom (shower) + WC. Electricity + wood stove + hot water. Flat land with table and bench for each chalet. Access by 800 m of passable stone path. Free shuttle in summer for mountain biking to Valmorel. Set of two renovated 19th century mountain chalets. In the heart of nature on the edge of meadows and forests. Very quiet. West-facing hillside. Good comfort. Warm mountain character. Pleasant small flat landscaped plot with garden furniture. Large natural plot. Beautiful open view of the massif. Renovated 19th century mountain chalet, located in the heart of nature on the edge of meadows and forests 4km from the Valmorel resort. Ideal location at the crossroads of the great Tarentaise valleys for hiking and cycling tours across different mountain ranges and areas (many legendary passes!). The Léchère thermal baths 11km away. Morel aquatic leisure center 10km away (one of the largest aquatic centers in Savoie with 3 pools, 2 of which are covered and open all year round). Hautecour lake 19km away.
