The property was spacious and well appointed. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our party of 5 women! We enjoyed hanging out on the roof deck and we enjoyed the talking topics game at the property. It was not far from downtown and Uber rides were inexpensive.

Beautiful property, great location. No city view as shown in the photos and the fire pit did not work. If we had stayed longer I would have reached out to have it fixed. Overall great and would stay again.

We had six adults staying in the house and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was especially nice everyone having their own bathroom along with their bedroom. The kitchen and dining room had plenty of space for everyone to gather for games or catching up after a day out in the town. Check-in was a breeze, and the host was very quick in responding to any questions. In fact sometimes so quick I missed her answers I would recommend this place if you're staying in Nashville. We also all enjoyed the outside deck for coffee or a drink at the end of the day.

Great Stay in Nashville

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very spacious with several full bathrooms. We felt like we were in a safe neighborhood, and everything was walkable or a short uber/lyft away. Would highly recommend!

Quiet place located close to the Gulch

Enjoyed the location and quietness of the neighborhood. Wonderful rooftop area with seating and fire table. 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms.

Family weekend

The house was perfect for our home base as we visited Nashville for a family event (at another location). There was plenty of space for the five adults. It was clean and well-supplied (except for paper towels which ran out immediately and we couldn’t locate another roll). Thank you for a rainy but fun weekend!

Nice stay but noisy

Place was clean and spacious. It had all the amenities but it was noisy due to construction 6 days a week.

Easy to work with owner with great communication all the way from booking to checking out. Very clean and beautiful property in a great location. Only a 3 minute Uber ride to Broadway. I will be staying here again!!!

Great stay!

This property worked perfect for our family to explore Nashville. The condo was clean (newly built), comfortable beds and plenty of space for us to spread out. Great location...walking distance to the Gulch or a short Uber ride to Broadway. The property owner was prompt, attentive and informative! We have already recommended this property to friends for upcoming visits.

Weekend friends trip

Great property for our group - 9 guys in total plenty of space for everyone and quick Uber to Broadway. Upstairs patio area was awesome. Property manager very accommodating and quick to respond. Highly recommend this property for a fun trip to Nashville.
