Located in a excellent area in the neighborhood of Chatham, in the Bromley villas. This home offers easy access to restaurants, shopping and recreation. For nightly entertainment you're a short distance away from Lake Sumter land and Spanish Spring town Square were you will find many restaurant's, grocery stores and free nightly live entertainment. This home is fully equipped with everything you need all you need to bring is your clothes. Pets are allowed. Recreational guest passes included.

Please note: There is one outdoor camera overlooking the front garage on the property.

The house is big enough for 2 cars and 1 golf cart. The drive way fits 1 car and 1 car and 1 golf cart will fit in the garage. Please don't park on the street or on the grass.

Perfect place for our visit

The location and accommodations were perfect for our visit. We were close to people and places we visited. Restaurants, gas station, grocery store were nearby. The house was neat, clean, and comfortable. Having a garage was a bonus. We would stay here again.

Comfortable, attentive and well stocked.

The host was very easy to work with and quick to respond. The home was clean and very well stocked for any needs we had. The area is great especially when you have activity passes which the host made sure we had. Parking was not good only because there was a large dumpster in the driveway because the roof was being replaced. Overall we were very happy with the experience.

Grandparent visit

Short but Sweet Visit

3 Weeks in The Villages

Property is in the northern part of The Villages which was perfect for us because of where other members of our family live. Convenient to grocery store, gas station. Neighbors were friendly. Overall, a nice place to stay.

A Perfect Stay — Clean, Cozy, and So Thoughtfully Equipped!

My husband and I had such a wonderful stay at this 1,200 sq ft gem! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how spotless everything was—it’s clear the owners take real pride in keeping this place pristine. The space was both roomy and cozy, with plenty of space to relax without ever feeling too big or impersonal.The kitchen was an absolute dream—fully stocked with everything we needed to cook real meals, and the gas range was such a treat! Bedrooms were spacious with linens that smelled freshly laundered (a small thing, but so appreciated!), and the bathrooms were well stocked with towels, shampoo, and toilet paper—no scrambling for basics here.The neighborhood was incredibly quiet and peaceful, yet close to great restaurants and grocery stores, making it super convenient.And I have to shout out the owner—communication was top-notch. Every time I had a question, the response was quick, kind, and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be back!
