New construction (2021) conveniently located in the 7 South area, close to Oaklawn Racing 🏇and Casino, Historic Downtown Hot Springs, marinas, shopping, entertainment and many other attractions. Ideal location to experience everything the area has to offer.

Featuring new modern decor, condo is located on the third floor for amazing views of the lake. There is an elevator and stairs conveniently located nearby. One reserved parking space and additional guest parking near the pool.

Open the front door accessing the keyless entry and see lake views from the kitchen, dining area, and living area, all the way to the lakefront balcony. Hardwood floors throughout with an open floor plan.

The kitchen is well equipped, with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and full size washer and dryer. The bedroom to the left has a king size bed and large closet, with bathroom next to it. Dining area has a large dining table with seating for 6, and a bar with Keurig coffee maker and a traditional coffee maker. For your convenience, we supply coffee, sweetener, and creamer.

The main living area has cozy, comfortable furnishings with a sleeper sofa and 2 recliners.
There is a 55" smart tv, in case you just want to relax and watch your favorite movie or sports game. You may access the large balcony from here as well.

The oversized primary bedroom suite has a king bed, smart tv, walk in closet and luxury bedding. Sliding doors lead out to the large furnished balcony. The spa like bathroom has double vanities with granite countertops, and a large spacious rain shower.

You'll enjoy waterfront views with a cup of coffee in the morning while watching activity on the lake or relaxing in the evening watching serene sunsets. This is the perfect place to watch fireworks on holidays.

Smart tv's allow you to access your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon or your favorite streaming channels.

Monthly rentals allowed. No boat or trailer parking allowed on premises.

Very nice decor. Quiet area. Close to most attractions.Very thin walls throughout... essentially no privacy with anything louder than a whisper. Neighbors were very quiet so no issues from outside in.

Beautiful condo and view of lake Hamilton! It was a perfect spot for us and our 2 kids. The pool was great and it was convenient to restaurants and other activities! We will definitely be back.

Look Out Point Family Trip

Family Time

Enjoyed our second stay at Brenda’s beautiful, 2 bedroom condo, perhaps even more than the first time. It was so hot and muggy at Hot Springs, we spent more time at the condo enjoying the view, the air conditioning, and the spaciousness of the place as we caught up with family. Quality time. You will be so pleased with this lovely, spacious, quiet, and comfortable unit! 2 small extras we enjoyed: My husband loved the nice shower head in the spacious master bathroom. I loved that the bedroom curtains allowed the master bedroom to darken completely for restful sleeping. Bed was comfortable w/nice linens. Beautiful, large kitchen and the large dining table would be so great for guests with family to enjoy sharing a meal together at one table. The elevator was a huge plus! Kind, helpful host responds quickly. The large balcony on the lake completes this sweet spot for your next getaway!

Family Time

The condo is spacious and perfect for 4 adults. The view of Lake Hamilton is beautiful. We ate several meals at the condo and enjoyed visiting and playing games. Having two separate restrooms was an added plus. Thank you for the use of your home. We will be back!

Updated and spacious

Nicely updated condo with spacious rooms and balcony. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. I would definitely stay here again if in the Hot Springs area.

Weekend get away

The property was great. Clean and easy to get too. Very close to everything such as shopping and many restaurants to go eat. The view was beautiful day or night. Perfect Location and Accommodations!

The listing is even better in person. It was the perfect location and more than comfortable accommodations. It had everything you would need for your retreat to Hot Springs. The pool was a great addition. The property manager was very nice and let us check-in early once the cleaning were finished. We stayed on the 4th of July and were super surprised and excited to end up having our own firework show! Next door they went all out and we had the best view! I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay . The condo was so beautiful and well decorated and so very clean , it looked brand new . Brenda was so accommodating and helped us quickly with anything we needed . The lake was beautiful . There was one evening where there was fireworks and we could watch it from the balcony was really nice . We will definitely stay there again in the future .
