Cocoonr offers this charming, recently renovated flat for rent in the centre of Strasbourg, ideally located in a peaceful setting just 5 minutes' walk from the historic centre. It offers all modern comforts and a very high-speed WiFi connection (fibre optics, Wifi 7).
Measuring 75 m², it can accommodate up to 6 travellers. Located on the 3ᵉ floor with lift, it comprises a pleasant 17 m² living room with dining area, a spacious and fully equipped independent kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms each with their own workspace, as well as a bathroom with shower and WC.
The accommodation comprises
- A 17 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed (150x200)
- A dining area with a large dining table (160x90) that can seat 6 people
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and all you need for comfortable cooking
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and desk area
- One bedroom with two single beds (90x190) and a desk area
- A bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have invested in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron, suitcase rack, heated towel rail in winter.
Outside:
- A balcony on the kitchen side to make the most of fine weather

The flat enjoys a privileged location in the centre of Strasbourg, a 5-minute walk from the Carré d'Or, in a quiet and pleasant environment. All the essential shops, restaurants, cafés, bars, boutiques and markets are within easy reach.
The Kruteneau district is particularly popular for its proximity to the main tourist attractions (Notre-Dame de Strasbourg Cathedral, Christmas Market, Petite France, riverboat landing stage, museums, etc.) and for its friendly atmosphere thanks to its many restaurants, tearooms, patisseries, pubs, bars and cafés with lively terraces (heated in winter).

By tram :
