- 1 large double bed (180 x 200) on the first floor
- 1 double bed (140 x 180) upstairs
- 1 double bed (140 x180) upstairs

On the first floor, the house is composed of a kitchen with central island, open to the main room. A technical area with washing machine. A master bedroom with access to the terrace and a small bathroom. A toilet.

Upstairs, a mezzanine, a bathroom, two bedrooms and a toilet complete the accommodation.

A large terrace with a quiet garden and a view of the forest. Very practical outdoor shower for your return from the beach.

Parking space in the enclosed courtyard in front of the house.

Please note: a studio adjoining the house and completely independent with its own enclosed outdoor space. You will only share the gate.
