Au Boulevard des Dunes - A 50m de la plage
Come and enjoy this newly renovated character farmhouse. Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers in the commune of Saint-Marcouf de l'Isle - Les Gougins (beach). It benefits from double exposure to the south-east and south-west, allowing you to relax on the terrace, while the enclosed grounds ensure peace and quiet. With a surface area of 120 m², it can accommodate up to 5 travelers. Wifi (fiber optics) and bed linen included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
First floor
- A 33 m² living room/kitchen with TV and fireplace (wood will be provided for the first flambé). The kitchen is equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Lounge area with sofa
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
First floor
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds (90x200) that can be moved closer together (please specify at the time of booking if you would like this configuration) and a TV.
- A large landing with a study area and a single bed
- A shower room with shower and WC
Exterior:
- 600 m² enclosed garden
- A 16 m² terrace with a sheltered kitchenette, outdoor shower and garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
Ideally located on the D-Day Beaches and not far from the Baie des Veys, in a very pleasant environment. Just 10 minutes from Saint-Mère-Eglise and Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue (voted favorite village of the French in 2019), where you'll find all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, local markets...

- Waterside walks on our extensive beaches, several hiking trails.
- Children's playground 400 m away.
- Quinéville sailing school 2 min away
- Utah Beach golf course - 18 holes - facing the sea 2 min away
- Cycling
- Fishing on foot

Transportation
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Carentan or Valognes train stations, approx. 25 min by car.
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet airport, about 1 hour by car.
Other remarks :
- Bed linen included. Towels can be provided for an additional charge (please ask before arrival). Payment to be made on site.
- Free WiFi available (fiber optics).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The fireplace is functional, and wood will be provided for the first fire.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an extra charge can be paid to our on-site service provider. Price : €80).
