Located just 4 minutes from Madeira Beach, we provide all the essentials for a perfect beach day: beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, floaties, a cooler, and plenty of beach towels!



We have 4 children who live here part-time, so the home is thoughtfully stocked with children's toys, books, games, and more — making it family-friendly and fun for all ages.



Our backyard backs up to the Pinellas Trail, a scenic, paved biking and walking trail with private access right from our gated community. Just a short walk down the trail (less than 1/4 mile) is the recently renovated Blossom Lake Park, a phenomenal spot for small children to play and explore.

The neighborhood is super safe and gated. We are located only 4 minutes drive from Madeira Beach, 10 minutes from John's Pass, 20 minutes from Clearwater, 20 minutes from downtown St Pete and 30 minutes from Tampa.



Other Things to Note:

We ask that you respect a few of our house rules. Absolutely no parties or events, strict quiet time from 10pm - 8am and no street parking. There are 2 spots in the driveway. The house can sleep 8 adults and 4 children (max). Please do not inquire if your party is over the maximum occupancy.
