The condo is great, the kitchen area great room is the best, very open and relaxed pool and hot tub lovely great neighbors all very kind, we did not. Go to the beach as we had several other beach activities planned but looked beautiful!

First floor is the way to go! This unit is right by the hot tub and pool! The unit was clean and had everything we needed The beach takes a couple minutes to walk to…just right across the street!!

Our stay at this Destin condo was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better — just a short, easy walk to the beach. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We loved having coffee on the balcony, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and ocean breeze. The area felt safe and family‑friendly, with restaurants, shops, and beach access all within minutes. The host was incredibly responsive and made check‑in effortless. This was one of my favorite places to stay when it’s just my little family for a quick beach trip. Close to the beach. And the pool right out the door was the cherry on top. There was beach toys and pool toys for the kids to use. The host was very responsive. And the other guests staying were really nice.

Our First Time In Destin

This property was perfect for our family. We were within walking distance of the ocean and our patio walked right out to the pool. Communication with owner was wonderful. I would highly recommend.

We stayed 4 nights with our 3 kids, the condo is right outside the pool which is very convenient, it is a little cramped with 3 kids, but the condo was stocked with kitchen appliances, and they had a deck box with beach toys and a few chairs. We had a great visit

Absolutely amazing. The condo was perfect for our family of four. When they say steps away from the beach-they aren’t lying! There were all items of importance of use in kitchen so no need to pack much. They also had beach chairs and an umbrella, even sand toys in the storage box on the patio. If we return to Destin I’ll be staying here.

The best vacation ever!!

The place was very clean and decorated nicely. Owner responded quickly. Check in and check out process was easy with clear instructions. Walking distance to the beach. Beach chairs and beach toys were available for us to use. The pool was right outside our door. We can’t wait to go back!!

Great stay

The location is unbeatable near the ocean. The pool was a great hit for the kids. There were some beach toys available to use. The apartment is small but we were 5 and made it work for the location. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The host and cleaner were fantastic and helped me get my hair straightener back to me after I left it by mistake!

Great time

Very convenient to the beach. We did not like the small public beach area we were allowed to sit at. It gets very crowded. We found out people staying 2 blocks away had access to the private beach. Not sure if owners can pay a fee to include the private beach access. That was the only negative about our stay.
