Magnífica villa de lujo con piscina privada en Linardici, Isla de Krk, Croacia, con capacidad para 8 personas y magníficas vistas panorámicas al mar. La villa está situada cerca de restaurantes y bares, a 2 km de la playa. Esta villa, completamente nueva y decorada con mucho gusto, cuenta con 4 dormitorios y 4 baños distribuidos en 3 plantas. Totalmente equipada, con aire acondicionado, ideal para una familia o un grupo de amigos. Wi-Fi gratuito. Se admiten mascotas. La piscina está abierta del 1 de mayo al 15 de octubre.

LinardiciLinardici es un lugar situado en la parte occidental de la isla, en el interior, a solo 2 km de las bahías de Vela y Mala Jana.
El pueblo se fundó en el siglo XV, cuando el príncipe Frankopan se estableció en esa parte de la isla. Hoy en día, Linardici cuenta con unos 138 habitantes que se dedican principalmente a la agricultura, el cultivo del olivo y, más recientemente, al turismo. Turismo en LinardiciDado que el turismo es una actividad relativamente reciente, Linardici no dispone de hoteles ni campings, pero sí ofrece alojamiento privado, apartamentos y habitaciones en casas y villas privadas con piscina, disponibles tanto en verano como en invierno.
Los apartamentos suelen tener una hermosa vista al canal que separa las islas de Krk y Cres. Las playas son en su mayoría de guijarros y rocas, rodeadas de vegetación.En Linardici y sus alrededores también hay restaurantes con excelente comida local.
Cerca de Linardici se encuentra Glavotok, donde se puede visitar el Monasterio Franciscano y la reserva forestal protegida, así como la iglesia de San Krsevan, cerca de Milohnici.
El puerto de ferris de Valbiska, que conecta la isla de Krk con las islas de Cres y Rab, está a 3 km de Linardici, por lo que, para quienes pasan sus vacaciones aquí, las excursiones de un día a las islas vecinas son inevitables.
Para todos aquellos que buscan unas vacaciones en un entorno tranquilo, Linardici es el destino ideal, especialmente para familias con niños.
Playas
Vela Jana
Varias calas invitan a nadar. Entre otras cosas, hay una hermosa cueva lacustre. Vela Jana cuenta con bahías profundas, un pequeño puerto y un paseo marítimo. La bahía al sur se llama Mala Jana. El camino desde los pueblos de Linardići y Brzac es algo estrecho y empinado, por lo que no es apto para remolques.

Simply perfect

The house was even better than expected. We have lived in various rental houses before but can truely say that this was the best. Wonderfull neighbourhood and a very spacious new and clean house. Can only recommend it!

Great stay!

This is a highly recommended house from a highly recommended owner. The house is perfectly located on a hill overlooking the sea and islands. You only have one neighbor so everything is calm and relatively private. The house is beautiful, with lots of comfort. The service company is super helpful and supports you 24/7. many thanks for this great house!

Big comfortable house with good sound isolation and air conditioning in a quite village at the end of a dead end street. We could find all the things you need during our stay, from vegetable oil for cooking over a hairdryer to grill lighters. Enough space for big groups with all the different seating areas outdoor and the cozy living room. The view from the upper rooms is stunning, especially during thunderstorms coming from the west over the island of Cres. On the other hand there is no supermarket and the restaurant in Linardici was closed as well.

Wonderful Villa, perfect service, mosquitos are a problem

The House ist beautiful and it has a perfect fit for 8 people. The shape of the terrace ist really good for sunbathing and for using the pool. Whenever we had a question or a problem to solve the communication was very fast and solution-focused even on the weekends. The only problem were the mosquitos which made a breakfast or dinner outside impossible. It took them seconds to bite and sucking blood we had no chance, nothing worked, no citronella no Autan. During the heat at noon or afternoon they weren't there. So we coudn't sit outside and enjoy this wonderful Villa like we would have liked.

Super Ferienhaus und toller Service. Wir hatten Probleme mit der Klimaanlage im Haus, uns wurde aber sofort geholfen. Schnelle Kommunikation, sehr guter Service und tolles Haus. Sehr gerne wieder!

Unfortunately, our experience with Inka was not positive. When a problem with the air conditioning was reported, we reacted immediately, sent our staff, arranged a specialized technician and provided a mobile air conditioning unit. During the stay, the installed air conditioning units also started working again, but this was not communicated to us while requests for compensation continued. When the technician came to carry out the necessary repair, he was initially unable to complete the work because the guest did not allow him access. Although we made every effort to resolve the technical issue as quickly as possible during peak season, the communication increasingly focused on obtaining a refund. The guests ultimately received a substantial compensation. Based on this experience, we would not host this guest again.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in einer toll ausgestatteten Villa. Der Pool und die Zimmer waren tipptopp sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Empfehlenswert wäre ein besserer Mückenschutz an den Fenstern und eine ausführliche Bedienungsanleitung für die Klimaanlage. Für einen noch einladenderen Empfang könnte man vielleicht ein paar nette Begrüßungsworte, Hinweise zum Haus und Umgebungen und ein Fläschchen lokalen Weines bereitstellen. Sehen Sie das bitte nicht als Kritik, sondern als i- Tüpfelchen für eine wirklich besondere Unterkunft. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!!! Vielen Dank für alles. Wir werden Sie definitiv weiter empfehlen. Liebe Grüße Familie Hahnel

Glorious residence!

Smuk smuk udsigt Gode store værelser Flotte møbler Lidt lille pool til så mange mennesker og prisen. vi var 4 voksne og 4 børn. Det gik men pool kunne godt være lidt større nu hvor der er plads på grunden/ terrassen- men den matchede billeder, så blot os som ikke har kigget nok. Pæne badeværelser, 1 til hvert soveværelse på nær i kælder, super tjekket. God vaskemaskine i kælder og opvaskemaskine i køkken. Dejlig lille strand/bugt i nærheden, og et fint mindre supermarked, men ellers ikke andet at komme efter i nærheden. 15 min kørsel fra større indkøbsområde.

Wunderschöner Sommerurlaub

Ein toller Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alles so wie beschrieben . Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Sackgasse . Der Weg zum Meer ist nicht weit mit dem PKW. Einen kleinen Einkaufsladen gibt es in der Nähe und auch Restaurants . Wir können alles uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Es war wieder wunderschön, toll, dass in den Toiletten je 2 Rollen WC Papier waren. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Manager. Super wäre es, wenn Fliegengitter an den Fenster angebracht wären. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße, Karin

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Wir hatten zehn sehr schöne Tage in der Villa Cavallo. Tomislav und seine Kolleginnen und Kollegen waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben bei Problemen schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Danke an das Team! Das Haus ist großzügig Gebaut und ausreichend ausgestattet. Der einzige echte Makel war eine die Poolheizung die immer wieder ausgefallen ist (Tomislav hat jedes mal schnell reagiert und einen Techniker kommen lassen!) wodurch die Pool-Nutzung leider stark eingeschränkt war. Die Lage der Villa ist hervorragend - es gibt in Fußreichweite ein nettes Lokal mit einer sehr liebenswürdigen Besitzerin und einen kleinen Markt im nächsten Örtchen der alles nötige vorrätig hat. Außerdem gibt es auf einer Seite keinen Nachbarn wordurch man vom Balkon der oberen Schlafzimmer einen klasse Ausblick über die Insel hat! Einen Hinweis für andere Reisewillige: Wir hatten drei Handtellergroße (sowas hatten wir noch nie gesehen!) Spinnen im Haus und eine davon hatte auf dem kompletten Körper Nachwuchs hängen der sich im Zimmer verteilte. Selbst ohne Spinnenphobie waren diese Monster eine heftige Überwindung aber wer hier empfindlich ist sollte die Zimmern absuchen lassen bevor er seine Sachen auspackt. Als krönenden Abschluss fanden wir im Gepäck zu Hause auch noch eine weite Spinne! Unbedingt vor der Abreise absuchen! Es gibt übrigens fast an keinem Fester Insektengitter - ich empfehle also aufzupassen. Als Fazit kann ich nur sagen: Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können die Villa definitiv weiterempfehlen. Danke nochmal an das Team Tomislav für die unkomplizierte Kommunikation.
