You won't want to leave our house, as it is so pleasant, warm and welcoming. It invites you to relax, to a slower moment of life, to conviviality.

We have lovingly furnished it with antique and unique objects, sometimes recycled.
Its 110 m2 offer space for everyone, a dining room with fireplace, a living room, a reading corner and a desk with its ergonomic armchair. High-speed fibre internet. Those who want to work despite everything will be well installed!
It is organised as follows:
First floor: dining room with fireplace, kitchen and scullery, two bedrooms, one of which has its shower room and toilet, bathroom and separate toilet. Large living room with staircase (not secured). All the rooms on the first floor (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining slab) are on one level, without function or difference in level. The width of the narrowest passage is 75 cm.
Upstairs: office with two single beds leading to a bedroom (bed 140). Open mezzanine with a 140 cm bed, under an exposed framework.
All the rooms overlook the large garden of 2000 m2, flowered according to the seasons, a little wild, a little romantic, with its dining area, old trees, a pond, the inevitable cabin converted into a summer room and, for the rainy days unfortunately less and less frequent, a "rain room".
Encounters with a squirrel, a hedgehog, frogs are frequent. Rarer are those of a fox, a marten, a dormouse....

The house is located in a small, peaceful village - about a hundred inhabitants live there all year round.
You can go for many walks on site - the forest is a 10' walk away.
In summer, the lake of the Pont dam offers a leisure center with pedal boats and water skis. The tour of the lake on foot is a nice walk of a 12th of a km.
A tree climbing course for young and old is 10 km away.
In summer, a golf club 12 km away offers free initiations every Sunday.
A climbing site 10 km away, many visits to remarkable sites within a radius of 10 to 30 km (Semur en Auxois, Fontenay Abbey, Chateau Bussy Rabutin, the Forges de Buffon...).
The Burgundy Canal with its cycle paths is 30 km away. A pleasant, very spacious zoological park, the Parc de l'Audois, about 30 km away, includes, in addition to the animals, many games and a swimming pool. In summer, you can spend a pleasant day there.
