It is ideally located in the heart of the shopping square of the Orres 1800 in the building "Les Colchiques" of the residence of the Hauts de Préclaux, with all its shops (restaurants, superette, bakery, ski rentals,...) and its many activities.The apartment consists of an entrance with storage leading to the night corner, a living room with equipped kitchenette and living-dining area, a bathroom with a bathtub to relax after your sports days, a bedroom and a separate toilet.From the balcony to the east, you will enjoy sunny mornings while observing the beautiful view of the slopes and surrounding mountains.On the sleeping side, you will have at your disposal a double bed in 140 x 190 cm in the bedroom, two single beds in 80 x 190 cm in the night corner and a sofa bed 2 people in the living room.For a "ski to foot" stay, slip your skis and go straight to the slopes from the exit of the ski locker where you will have a private box to store your equipment. Enjoy unlimited access to the residence's superb heated outdoor swimming pool and sauna cabins, open in season only, summer and winter.
