Great accommodation in a beatifull spot at Shuswap Lake

The house is complete! Beds, towels, bathrooms, kitchen, terrace. Clean and good instructions. Within 10 minutes from supermarket and restaurants Finzz and Timber.

Beautiful place to stay in Blind Bay. It is too nice to think of as a cabin. It can accommodate 10 people. There are 3 bedrooms, one on main floor and 2 on 2nd floor. There is also a couch that pulls out to a bed on the main floor and another one on 2nd floor. One of the bedrooms on 2nd floor has a bunkbed which the bottom bunk is a double bed and top bed is a single bed. There is also a single bed in this room.There are 2 floors and a bathroom on each floor. Tv upstairs and one downstairs. Tv has netflix and Disney shows available at no charge. May have others, didnt check. Nice size kitchen fully loaded with all necessities you need from spices, cooking oil, tin foil, saran wrap, lots of cooking utensils. Pots, bowls, lots of dishes, glasses, wine glasses, microwave, dishwasher, big fridge, large dining table, nice furniture. They had games for the family. Large deck with bbq, large table. Nice patio furniture. Cabin is on your own private beach. Fire pit, 3 sticks to cook weiners or marshmallows. Ramp if you bring your own boat. Felt like home. I didnt want to leave. Sons rented a seadoo nearby for 8 hours. Cost approximately $500 which covered gas. The only thing missing was an umbrella on the deck. Great spot for our family get together including 1 year old grandchild. Definitely will return here. A little piece of heavan on earth! ..

Fantastic

This is our 2nd time staying and won’t be our last. Even though there was smoke in the area, we had some great sunny days. It was nice and quiet. A great break to end the summer. The house is super comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay

Summer Relaxation

Our third time here and despite the smoke and weird weather we had a pleasant, relaxing stay for our fiftieth anniversary. Love the AC, deck, BBQ and proximity to an excellent grocery store. The WIFI was a little sporadic this time and it would have been nice to have had access to live TV. We did get a lot of use out of Netflix and plan to return next year.

Beauty location

We had a wonderful stay at this Shuswap home. The house is beautiful and the air conditioning is a bonus. The beach is quiet. The location of this house is top notch as it’s close to Blind Bay, Copper Island and Shuswap Marina. The boat launch on site is also handy. 100% a great vacation!!

Fabulous waterfront property

The property was just as advertised. We enjoyed that the property had full sun and shade so people could decide how much sun to enjoy. The water was awesome for swimming and having a private dock was great. The property is private and perfect for our family gathering. Having 3 couples, the bedrooms worked great and had enough parking for 3 vehicles. We are now planning our next stay!!! Thanks Loni and Fraser for the wonderful and relaxing vacation

Perfect for all ages!!!

An amazing place, great location, beach and dock! Beach was easy to walk into for small children and the water was deep enough to jump in off the dock. AC was great in the evening with the 30+ degree days we had. Beach and deck area was constantly shaded by the trees, so you won’t die having dinner on the deck. Only thing to watch for is duck itch, we’ve gotten it at other places on this side of the lake so not really a surprised, water proof sunscreen and a rinse after swimming on the beach, problem solved.

Paradise on the Shuswap

The cabin was spacious , nicely decorated , very clean & well stocked ! Perfect location, beautiful deck with amazing views of the lake ! Loni was a perfect host , very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions we had !

Best location on the lake makes best vacation

This property is the hidden gem of all time. The location is remarkable with everything you need in a 5 min drive - groceries, restaurants and lake rentals. The view is breathtaking and the property is perfect for a family. It is surprisingly secluded, quiet and perfect for relaxing in glorious weather and the best lake in BC.

Cottage Getaway

This property was so much more than we expected. The lake front location was exactly what we were looking for, to holiday with family. The house was spotless, and was supplied with all we required. The upstairs with its 2 bedrooms and bathroom, was perfect for our children to be self-contained. Linens were luxuriously comfortable. Loni was very easy to deal with. We look forward to staying there again.

Home away from home

The Lake House is a gem! We immediately felt at home the moment we walked through its doors. Overall, the property is warm and welcoming, and our family had wonderful memories of lazy days by the lakeside in the morning and competitive board games at night. We will definitely come back to enjoy this property again in the future. Thank you Loni and Cliff for renting us your lake house!

I went to this place with some family members over spring break I stayed for a few nights and I payed all the expenses and everything I left at the exact time they told us too and we cleaned the whole place up and when we left a few days after they text me and say that you guys broke stuff and didn’t leave in time so I’m gonna charge you an extra 600 dollars without my permission and they block my number after they told me this they are pretty much scammed me.

Having spent time in the Blind Bay area at my parents home from the 1980's through to 2007 this home and area gives our family and friends comfort and all the special memories of many years of enjoyment. Cliff, myself, Tanner and Fraser want to extend the invitation for others to enjoy their vacation time in this serene, relaxing setting. Once you've visited our home and made your own special memories we are sure you will want to return. We look forward to you visiting.

This home is a year round residence and only one hour to Kamloops and less than 25 minutes to Salmon Arm. You can't beat the location as you will feel like you are away from all the hustle and bustle of day to day life yet only minutes to all the conveniences you may need.

Great set up for 2 families and room for your friends to visit with their RV. This home is fully equipped and although built in 1995 it recently had new renovations of kitchen, bathroom, flooring, pot lighting and more. Occupants can enjoy the new dock as well as a private buoy.
