This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom is a great rental for friends or families to gather and enjoy what Lake Havasu City has to offer!

This home boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All cute, comfortable, and ready to be enjoyed by visitors coming to Lake Havasu City for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

The living room is open to the kitchen, providing a large open entertaining space for those who enjoy cooking and watching TV at the same time! We provide a Smart TV with Netflix and other streaming apps you are welcome to login to and use during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a carefree stay - be prepared to cook your friends and family a home-cooked meal!

We saved the best for last! Step outside into the backyard oasis. Literally, this backyard has everything you need to keep busy morning to night in your private area. Pool (not heated, so best used during the summer months), spa (no extra costs), fire-pit, built in stainless steel grill (propane included), outdoor seating area (covered), pool table, and more. The private oasis feel is real, and we can't wait to host you so you can experience it yourself!

Parking:
2 car garage, large flat driveway for boats/trailers/toys plus a covered RV parking on side of the house for you to use with RV hookups.

We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via Airbnb messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

This home is less than 10 minutes away from the London Bridge entertainment, State Park boat ramp, and within minutes of grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and more -- this home is conveniently located in the heart of Lake Havasu. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood so please... no parties and no loud entertainment after 10pm

This home is close to shopping, restaurants, London Bridge entertainment, Main Street, and more. Conveniently located, and so easy to get around - whether it is in your car, your ATV, or via Uber - please be responsible :)

Other Things To Note:
*Pool is not heated so is best used during the summer months
*No events or parties - Owner has right to ask guest to leave with no refund if rules are broken - as well as an associated fine
*Quiet time after 10pm - Same goes as above (this is not a house suited for parties, loud music after 10pm, or authorized guests)
*Pool cleaner comes every week through the side gate to clean the pool - it should only take a few minutes and they will not interrupt your stay - thank you for understanding!
*Absolutely no glass or food in or around the pool - if the pool needs drained it will be at the expense of the guest
*No touching pool/spa heating equipment - you will be fined if tampered with
*Do not, for any reason, remove the vacuum from the pool - it can disrupt the system - there will be a fine if tampered with
*Please do not climb on the stone around the pool or use it as a diving board - the pool is not deep - it is not safe
*Early check-in, if available, is free!
*Lake check-out, if available, is $50 and is extended until 4pm
*Pets = $25/night per pet, 2 pets max, must be accompanied at all times and picked up after or charged additional fee

***I may ask for a $250 deposit post-booking & for holidays I do ask for a $500 deposit***

Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
