You'll be in a quiet area close to all amenities and activities for your family or business trips: the Sunday market is just down the street, the Calicéo center (swimming pool, spa, massages, etc.) is 2.7km away, Saint-Caprais Lake (hiking, fishing) is 2km away, and the Montrabe equestrian center and golf course are 5km away. You're also on the road to the Tarn department (Gaillac is 54km away and Albi is 74km away).
