Cocoonr agency offers this 55 m², semi-detached duplex chalet in Les Angles to rent for up to 7 people.
It consists of a lovely 315 ft² living room with an equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, a mezzanine, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 650 ft². We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 315 ft² living room with TV, dining area, and equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) and closet
- Bedroom 2 (ideal for children): a bunk bed with three beds (80×190), including a pull-out bed
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
- A separate toilet
- A veranda with a reading corner
Upstairs:
- A mezzanine with a double bed (140×190), a sitting area with TV and sofa
For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, baby bed.
Outside:
- A 6 m² terrace with a table and two chairs
- A 60 m² enclosed garden with a picnic table and mountain views
Activities:
In winter:
- Les Angles ski resort: skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, sledding, snake gliss... Ski resort accessible on foot (approx. 600 m)
- Dog sledding, ice diving,
- Bowling, cinema, playground, Angléo Spa...
- Lou Bac Mountain activities, Bike Park, mountain bike trails, hiking, orienteering...
In summer:
- Walks and water activities on the shores of Lake Matemale

The chalet is located on a cul-de-sac, which guarantees limited traffic to residents only. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, and a market are within walking distance.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the two parking spaces available in front of the garage. The garage is private but you have access to a washing machine, and you can also leave your bikes and skis.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Shuttles to the slopes 50 m from the chalet
- Nearest train station: Mont-Louis-La-Cabanasse station, about 20 minutes' drive away.
- Nearest airport: Perpignan airport, about 1 hour 40 minutes by car.
Other remarks:
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The rates given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the rental price. You are responsible for cleaning the accommodation yourself or you can book this service at an additional cost (booking and payment to be made with our local partner). The rates given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
