Residence: The chalet "La Léontine" is a magnificent individual chalet, completely new, located 100m from the slopes of Espace Diamant and 2.5 km from the ski school. In winter, a free ski bus passes 50m from the chalet. Village center 4km away. In season, a mini-market is open next to the chalet. The village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe is ideally located in the heart of the Espace Diamant. With its 192 km of slopes and its 6 connected village resorts (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), everyone will find what they are looking for to fully enjoy their vacation. Notre Dame de Bellecombe is made up of several hamlets, each with its own particularity. Les Favrays, located near NDB 1350, is a sun-drenched slope with a very clear panorama. It is a quiet and preserved area. Your children will be able to enjoy the farm animals, with the proximity of a working farm. Please note, a car is essential. In summer, you will be close to many trails for pleasant walks or mountain bike rides. The Mont Rond chairlift, open 2 days a week, gives you easy access to the most beautiful views of Mont Blanc. The Flumet lake and its leisure center are only 7km away. Les Saisies are 10 minutes away by car and Chamonix 1 hour away.

Perfectly adapted to accommodate 8 to 10 people, this chalet combines comfort, authenticity and functionality.Description: *At the REZ DE CHAUSSEE: a garage, a ski-room and bike room, a double bedroom (bed 160), a bedroom with bunk beds (2*90), a shower room and toilet, a washing machine. *A L'ETAGE : a spacious and bright living room with wood stove, an open kitchen equipped (hotplate, hood, refrigerator with freezer box, oven, microwave, dishwasher), all open to the balcony and the large terrace (plancha available in summer). This floor is complete with a shower room and guest toilet. *IN SECOND LEVEL: one bedroom with two smple beds (2*90), one bedroom with three single beds (3*90), one bedroom with double bed (140), one office area, one bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
