Barndominium with New indoor Gym located 8 miles from North shore of Bear Lake.

Newly constructed Barndominium in the small community of Dingle with 5040 square feet of living space. Property is located 8 miles from The North Beach Of Bear Lake. Home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with two full kitchens, laundry room, and lots of family room area. The lower area has a 2700 square foot Great Room that is fully finished for large family gatherings. Has a large gas fireplace. The Home has a beautiful covered deck that faces the south for grilling and relaxing sunsets. There is also a newly constructed indoor gym and fitness area on the property. Enjoy basketball, pickleball, volleyball and numerous other activities. There is also a well equipped fitness area in the gym. The outdoor area of the home has a volleyball net and large spacious yard. There is also a large cement picnic area with a fire pit for outdoor picnics. A small amount of wood will be provided for the fire pit. There is a large parking area to accommodate the guests. There is one security camera that monitors the front driveway area of the property for security.
There is also one security camera inside the detached gym. Things to do in the area:
Minnetonka Cave, Paris Ice caves, Bear Lake, Bear Lake North Beach, Bloomington Lake, Beaver Mountain ski resort, Pine Creek Ski Resort, Pickleville Playhouse, Bear Lake West Golf Course, Montpelier Golf Course, and lots of beautiful mountain hikes.

We could not have asked for a more perfect rental for our family of 23. We loved that it was in a peaceful farm setting away from the busy city. Kids and grandkids loved the gym and were constantly entertained. It is a short drive to the north shore.

Beautiful and Quiet Family Experience

I hate to say too much about this property because I feel like I’m giving away a great fishing hole. However the hosts are so incredibly kind I have to say how peaceful and beautiful the surroundings are. The home is clean and well designed. The Dingle area is wonderfully quiet and allowed for lots of family time.

Great property for large groups!

I brought a large group of young women here for summer girls camp. The location was close to N beach, quiet in the evenings, large grassy area for outdoor games and gatherings, plenty of bathrooms and showers, with both kitchens we were able to prep in one and serve out of the other. The detached gym was perfect for activities. It was a great stay and Jamie was super easy to work with and a great communicator. Would definitely go back!

Reunion

This place was perfect for our large family. We have extended family in Montpelier and were meeting them on the east shore for the day. My family alone is large it was perfect to have room to play games and eat and put younger kids to bed. The beds were not very comfortable. That would be our only complaint. The location was beautiful and very peaceful. So nice to get out of the crazy busy city for a few days.

Paradise in Dingle!

We booked Jamie's home about a year ago and just returned from our epic family reunion. We had 10 adults and 19 grandchildren and the home couldn't have been more perfect for our reunion. Jamie was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. She responded within minutes with answers to questions and was always concerned for our comfort. The main house has a huge room with tables and chairs for meals and we even used it for survivor puzzles and an epic dance party. We had tournaments of every kind and the gym on the property was incredible. The yard and surrounding scenery was perfect and we didn't have to go anywhere for family pictures because just walking outside was the best location you could imagine. Thank you, Jamie, for making our stay memorable and incredible. You won't regret your event at the amazing 44!!

Fabulous Country Getaway

We had a group of 25 (17 children, 8 adults) stay for 3 nights at the Barndominium and we all loved every minute! There was enough to keep everyone entertained the whole time and it was close enough to Bear Lake to spend a day there as well. The kids loved the sports court, air hockey, ping pong table, and yard to play in. The adults loved having lots of kitchen space, gathering spaces, and outdoor seating to watch the kids play. We all loved being in a quiet, peaceful, serene place, away from noise and crowds! The beds were comfortable with plenty of space for everyone to sleep. Everything felt new and high end. The kitchens were stocked full for us to prepare meals. We were all super impressed and loved our stay!
