I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The area is awesome being only a 10 minute drive and 30 minute walk from the harbor. The neighborhood is calm and quiet and the neighbors kind and respectful. As far as the house itself, it is comfortable, clean and well kept. The host was accommodating, respectful and responsive. I recommend this place 10/10!

Great place to stay for a Ravens/Orioles games. The area is super friendly and has a lot of restaurants and bars.Not the best place to stay if you’re looking to hang out at, but for sleeping and all that, it’s perfect.

Cute place. Comfortable beds. Large shower. Nice local bars! Parking tricky. We're not technically savvy so had to self teach on the thermostat and tv. Furniture not made for relaxing.

We have stayed in a couple different Baltimore rental properties over the years but this has been our favorite. It was a great neighborhood location and street parking was easy. Would definitely go back! Thanks Carl!

A few issues we had that took just a point away for us because they were not so major we quickly adjusted and carried on1. Rocks all over backyard. It was so steamy hot we opted not to sit outside.2. Dishwasher wasn’t ran, before we could eat our take out we had to run it. Opted to eat out containers until dishes were done. The dishware were super cute and worth the wait.3. Once we found where the extra towels were they were some that had holes in them and make up stained. We didn’t use those.Everything else was stellar. We felt at home and cozy. Relaxation station. Location perfect for the activities we had and very good food and shopping in walking distance we loved that party. Thank you for a great vacation we appreciate the access.

Stayed here for a week. Place was cozy and clean! Great place call home for several days. Street parking was never really a big deal, better than paying daily at a hotel. Great neighborhood. Close to food and other shops, parks that are walking distance.Host was responsive and friendly.

Great

The townhouse was clean and comfortable in a nice, walkable neighborhood. YMMV from other reviews concerning on street parking, as we had to park a few blocks away. And be aware that old townhouses tend to have smaller and/or steeper stairs. Will definitely consider staying there again when available.

Wonderful home in Federal Hill

An excellent property that delivers all that is listed online. My wife and I (along with our small dog) stayed here for a couple of days and we absolutely loved the home. Our biggest concern was related to parking and safety - neither of which was an issue. The neighborhood was very quiet (even at night) and by arriving right at the check in time, there was ample street parking right in front of the property. As others have noted, later in the evening parking becomes much more difficult so we decided to use Uber/Lyft in those instances. We were able to walk to Camden Yards and back without issue, though it is a bit of a long walk (about 15-20 min). The home itself has all that you should need while on vacation. We didn't cook but there seemed to be enough essentials that you could make it work if need be. The beds were comfortable, bathroom was very clean, and the outdoor space was nice to enjoy in the evenings. Overall, this is a a great place to stay and would highly recommend! Oh and also, Riverbend Park is only a block and a half away - another great perk if you wanted to exercise or walk your pet in the morning or late afternoon (a quick 5 minute walk from the property).

Safe neighborhood

I would absolutely stay at this location again. My number one priority was safety especially in Baltimore Not once did I feel unsafe. People at all times of day were out exercising walking with their friends pushing strollers. Even when I had to run to my car at night people were out walking their dogs. Very residential, but also very close to coffee shops a bunch of restaurants and walking distance to the grocery store. Should be noted it was street parking and if you don’t know how to parallel park you will by the end of the trip. I did not have any issues finding parking with in a few blocks each night though. Inside the home was clean, definitely some things that could be kept up better, but nothing that affected our stay. The beds were comfortable, and it was very nicely decorated.

Baltimore visit

We stayed here for 2 nights. Place was as noted on VRBO site. It was clean and we slept well in the king bed. Just a suggestion to note on this property that the parking is street parking on your own. Also, not sure VRBO has this as a selection but to note if a place is ADA. The stairs in this place were a bit challenging for us. Others may not be so lucky. We managed but next time I will ask about this before booking.

Great Row house in a great location

Home was in a great location convenient to many restaurants and bars. Listing stated they had a grill but unfortunately did not. There was a fire pit in the back yard but no propane tank so we couldn’t use it. Parking was a challenge every night we came back from the family we were there visiting. House is decorated nicely but living room furniture was super uncomfortable but beds were very comfortable.

Clean and cozy

We were visiting the Baltimore and DC areas and stayed here for a few days. Small but very nice townhouse close to many things. Nice neighborhood. If you plan on cooking, you may want to bring a few of your own things. It was very limited on those things. But overall, very nice and would stay again if ever in the area.
