Cocoonr offers this fully renovated former Vosges farmhouse for rent, ideally located in the commune of Ventron, with a south-facing terrace. Spread over three levels, this 147 m² house can comfortably accommodate 11 people. On the ground floor, you'll find a cosy 26 m² living area, a fully equipped modern kitchen, five comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). There is also a spacious 1,000 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you to this idyllic setting!

- Bedroom 5 with a 90x190 cm bed
- A reading corner and a study area.

For optimum comfort, the owners have added the following extras: barbecue, cot, highchair, bottle warmer, changing mat, safety gates for the two staircases, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, table tennis table.

Outside:
- The south-facing, unfenced garden, equipped with sun loungers to make the most of the fine weather.
- The terrace, adjacent to the kitchen, extends to 25 m² and enjoys a south-facing position, with a view of the Ventron ski slopes. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers, two parasols and a barbecue.

The chalet is ideally located in Ventron, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, including a grocery shop with bread and tobacco, a bar, restaurants, as well as boutiques, a market and much more.
