About the accommodation: Located amidst nature, you will be in the heart of Alsace, nestled in a forest setting. Halfway between Colmar and Strasbourg, it is ideally situated for visiting castles, the wine route, Christmas markets, amusement parks, hiking trails, the Monkey Mountain... Germany is also very close. The apartment is a two-room apartment completely renovated in 2024. It has a parking space, a garage (for motorcycles, bicycles, strollers, skis), and a terrace. The accommodation: This modern and comfortable accommodation offers an open-plan kitchen/living room, fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Just next door is a separate bathroom (shower) with toiletries provided. A small relaxation area with a swing also awaits you. Two short steps and you'll arrive in the spacious room with a 160/200 bed (baby cot available on request). We can provide equipment such as raclette and fondue sets, etc., so you can travel light. Outside, you'll find your private terrace and your parking space (in front of the garage). This self-contained accommodation and garage are located on the first floor of our property. Guest access: Accessible independently via a key box or by us depending on your arrival time. Other remarks: We provide basic kitchen equipment to allow you to prepare your meals. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. Washing machine available upon request. For TV enthusiasts, Wi-Fi is available.
