Tucked away in the bends of Burrington Hill Road, you’ll find our family’s Whitingham Wonderland, where our Irish touch is sure to make you feel at home and our NYC energy will keep you entertained. Our home is stocked with games for all ages as well as multiple Smart TVs, a fire pit and grill. To enjoy all Vermont has to offer we are only 30 minutes from Mt Snow and 45 from Stratton with the towns of Wilmington & Dover peppered along the way. Come make memories to last a lifetime!

Relaxing stay in cabin

Our family had a great stay at the secluded cabin in the woods. The house had everything needed for a carefree, relaxing getaway. Plenty of room for 8 of us (and a few dogs) and ample outdoor space for games, grilling, and chilling!

Amazing Christmas stay

We stayed for 5 nights over Christmas and had an amazing family vacation. A perfect white Christmas filled with dinners made in the well equipped kitchen and sledding in the backyard. The holiday decor in the house was the cherry on top. Brian was good at communicating and helped to swiftly iron out an issue that came up. Thanks so much for the memorable stay!!

Great spot

Great home, truly beautiful surroundings and easy drive to lots of stuff. We tackled Mass MoCA, kayaking in Brattleboro and mountain adventures at Bromley. Plus all the small towns and pit stops along the way. Very family friendly house with basement for older kids and well child-proofed for any youngsters.

New Years getaway

The house was super cute and showed exactly as listed online. Besides food it had everything we needed. There were a couple issues that presented and the owner was quick to deal with and even gave a refund for inconvenience (ex. internet out due to a storm). The house was very comfortable and the kids all loved the downstairs gaming room. Would love to go back in the summer to explore the property more!

You Won’t Be Disappointed!

We traveled with three generations celebrating my 60th birthday. This post & beam was spacious, beautiful, extremely clean and well equipped. Property offered several outdoor spaces, kids loved the games and toys and the host was very responsive and pleasant. We plan on returning for sure!

This is one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The entire house was spotless. The owner was extremely helpful with anything I needed. There were 6 adults and two children with plenty of room to spare. Can’t wait to go back!

Great house

Stayed over a long weekend with two families with kids ranging from 11-14. The house was very clean and well stocked. Plenty of towels and sheets and blankets are clean and comfortable. Basement was a great place for the kids to hang out and they enjoyed darts, Pac-Man etc.. Yard and deck areas were great.

Perfect Thanksgiving in VT

Brian's house was perfect for a Holiday getaway. The house was even more beautiful than we anticipated. Very spacious, comfortable, quiet location with plenty to do at the house (wifi is a bit spotty, but did not hinder us). It was a bonus that we could bring our 2 dogs- they loved the yard space and walks down the nearby dead-end road. Brian was super attentive when we had questions. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Marvelous stay!

We spend a lovely family & friends week-end in this place. How to not recommend a warm, cozy, well-decorated, so well furnished, remote and quiet place? Everything was sparkling clean, very nice information provided for the area, more towels/soaps/cream that we would have needed... and such a great place for kids thanks to these very nice basement and toys! Communication was excellent and full of humor, THANK YOU!!!

Winter Wonderland

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Brian's home. It was the cleanest, most well stocked vacation rental I have ever rented. The adults enjoyed the outdoors and skiing at Mount Snow and there was plenty of open space for our family dog to roam. We also had a 2.5 year old toddler with us who had plenty of toys and books (and might have been more excited about the property then we were). We will definitely be returning in the future! Thanks for a fabulous stay :)

well equipped. could use a small sauce pan, coffee grinder, at least 1 bedroom cannot get fresh air - no screen on window. VRBO charges too much and hundreds in additional fees - that part will prevent me from working with them again. But Brian host was v good.

Every year we take a family ski vacation. Our kids ages are 21/2, 6, 14, 15 and 16. There was plenty enough to do for each of them. The house has 3 levels and is comfortable, quiet and cozy. The surrounding wooded property was enjoyed by our dogs and allowed us to snowshoe everyday while the others were at Mt Snow. Brian was very responsive and accommodating.I really appreciated the clear and concise labels and instructions on things from the remotes to the community pantry. The kitchen was well stocked. Linens n towels were plentiful as were paper goods. Although it was too cold and wintry to use, there was an inviting front porch, deck and downstairs patio which would all be wonderful weather permitting. Due to the location WiFi can be spotty but was a blessing in disguise! We had one of the best ski trips ever! Thank you to Brian for all the inviting, warm touches that made settling in so easy!

Wonderful home

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely Vermont home. Brian, the host was easily contacted but once we arrived we had everything we needed to make our stay like we were in our own home! Very well appointed home. The area was beautiful and very private and secluded! We had a easy & beautiful drive to North Adams, MA where we attended the Fresh Grass festival! We’ll be back!!

Great place for a group getaway

What a very cozy house. The inside and the outside of the property were in great shape. Brian was a fantastic host, and had great communication throughout our stay. We would definitely go back!

Our home is surrounded by 10 acres of woodsy area (perfect for hiking!) and stocked with amenities for couples and families alike, including propane fire pits, kitchen essentials, board games, toys, bicycles, canoe, and a kayak! #WhitinghamWonderland

-Please NO SHOES inside our home- kindly leave them in the mudroom!
- We have lofts in two bedrooms, please do not allow children or any horseplay in lofts, this can be very dangerous. Proceed with caution.

-Please keep food and beverages out of the bedroom.
-Refrain from using any kind of illegal substances in or around our home, they are not allowed!
-Adult supervision is required for use of any items provided such as kayak, canoe, bicycles, bunk bed, propane fire pits, wood fire put, hammock, toys (as they can be a chocking hazard), stairs, cleaning products under the sink.
-By booking this house ALL guests agree to use the following items at their OWN RISK: Bicycles*, canoe*, kayak*, fire pits, heat lamps, hammock, bunk bed and any other items that may be dangerous in any way.

*We do supply some helmets and life jackets but selection/sizes are limited. You may bring your own.
