Hike from right outside the cottage to nearby abandoned Wrights Station tunnel along Laurel creek, visit multiple wineries within a couple miles drive, yet only 15mins to picturesque Downtown Los Gatos for all the best fine dining & Soquel or Santa Cruz for coastal dining! So many craft brewers and wonderful outdoor activities to fit any level of outdoor enthusiasts’ fitness levels on either side of the hill!

The cottage is easily accessible from main driveway, nestled in a highly sought out & peaceful neighborhood in the Los Gatos Mnts. Its proximity allows easy access to everything that one could possibly want and more. It’s location and less than 5 mins to the famous Summit Store for its Bay Area famous Deli/Meat Counter/Sushi bar or any worldly ingredients you need to prepare your own fabulous meal cooked in the cottage's cute chef's kitchen!

This is a have your cake and eat it too kind of a vacation spot where you can seamlessly toggle between work and play… the same day! We directly straddle the main Summit Rd. in Los Gatos Mnts, only 15mins to downtown Los Gatos, 25min drive to the heart of Silicon Valley for business or 20mins to Santa Cruz, the other side of the Hill where you can take in coastal activities like Kayaking, SUPing, Whale watching/Deep Sea fishing, easy walk/hike on the cliffs of Wilder Ranch exploring the protected wetlands at Moss Landing and SO MUCH MORE! Santa Cruz/Aptos/Capitola beaches on the other end in addition to Monterey, Moss Landing or San Francisco less than an hour away gives you endless exploring options!

There is so much to do locally with a quick drive, you’ll almost surely need to come back and visit again, and again, and again to see it all...

It even has a fully enclosed charmingly set up in the backyard, perfect for morning coffee, meditation, or evening adult beverages with soaring redwoods above head that can accommodate our furry travelers (pre-approval required, no more than 2 small to medium size) in a safe enclosed space.

PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY:
- ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS or SMOKING of any kind allowed in/outside or on the property grounds and grounds for immediate eviction.

- Space best suited for 2 adults, a couple is ideal. Dedicated parking for 1 large, or two small cars in cottage driveway only. Max occupancy is 3, young families with children under 10yrs w/o added fees. Adult/young adult occupancy need be approved in advance and incur added fees upon accepting. Please include ages in booking request.

- Cottage is in very peaceful and quiet area. no parties or gatherings. If you are looking for a party pad, please do not inquire.

- Santa Cruz County quiet hours are 10pm through 8am. They will be enforced and must be observed. Outside those hours, noise levels should remain respectful of neighbors as well.

- Respectful guests only as cottage sits above main house and is in close proximity (20-30yards) on same parcel with a dog (may bark upon arrival, nothing a nice welcoming petting won't stop), not so cuddly cat, and a family with teens and a grade school child.

- Property has security cameras in driveway for safety, wildlife, and noise compliance. There are Mnt Lions, Bobcats, Skunks and Raccoons present, although you would be lucky to spot them, we must respect their habitat as we occupy it.

- Rebooking outside 30 day cancelation window can only be pushed out 13 days max.

- Ceiling and box fans for cooling, No AC. Under forest canopy, stays relatively cool unless triple digit heat waves hit.
