Sebastian 2025

The property was as pictured. There were some issues with the pool/spa but they were handled very quickly by the owners and property manager. The pool chairs were not in the best shape, one was cracked. But the patio furniture was very comfortable and well maintained. We would absolutely stay here again.

Spacious, Comfortable Home

Had a wonderful family gathering at this property, enjoying the expansive under-roof patio area by the screened over pool w/hot tub (equipped with removable safety screen for littles) with dining for 8 and additional casual seating. Spacious, well-equipped kitchen and living areas, and large bedrooms made for a very comfortable stay. Enjoyed great dining and fun beach time close by.

Nice house, okay lanai and pool area

The house is large, clean and was as advertised. The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet. We enjoyed the privacy afforded by the fence in the back.Unfortunately, the lack of attention to the pool area prevents it from being the wonderful area it could be. The entire area needed cleaning- the only two plastic chairs that were provided were dirty and needed cleaning before they could be used. The cage structure and screening were covered in green mold as was the yard fence. The concrete floor needs a good power washing and pillows and cushions needed replacing. I communicated my disappointments to the owner. She said her property manager would come by and address our concerns. He was a no show.

Great stay

Property was just as described and everything was fantastic. We had some issues (pool level was low, AC wasn't cooling) but thes were resolved quickly and our stay couldn't have been better. I would definitely recommend staying on this property!!

Spring Getaway

This was our second stay at this beautiful home. The amenities were perfect especially the pool and hot tub! We enjoyed the quaintness of Sebastian and the availability of beaches close by. Great place to relax and create good family memories.

Peaceful pool home!

We enjoyed our stay at this Sebastian home! The home is roomy and well decorated with several sliders that lead out to the pool area. There are pool toys and rafts available and the pool was very attractive and clean. (In fact, the entire home was spotless!) The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. The master bedroom is large with 2 walk-in closets and a spacious bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet and highly walkable. All in all it was a good experience! Note: There was no dishwasher or laundry detergent provided.

We love this house

I’ve stayed in this house twice with my three kids. The layout is great, open with lots of indoor and outdoor dining spaces. The master is on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms and has a huge bathroom with soaking tub. We love the pool and hot tub. And it’s a quick, few minute drive to the river/restaurants.

Total Relaxation

Spacious, clean and quiet accommodation with everything available for ones comfort and relaxation. A short drive to parks along the rivers and to beautiful Vero Beach. Both the House Manager and home owner remained available for any questions throughout our stay.

Great Stay, Great Place

Our family spent a week at this wonderful Florida home. Highlights include a terrific pool that the kids never seem to get out of, plenty of space to watch TV/relax or play family games, and easy access to great activities, including the beach, restaurants, and other attractions. The description and pictures are spot on. Incredibly accurate. We didn’t need much communication with the owners or the property manager, but frankly that’s because things were done so well. No complaints and very favorable comments from all in the family.

Wonderful outdoor living space

Home was lovely, comfortable and very clean. Lanai is large and made enjoying the outdoors an even better experience. The only problem we had was an issue with the spa heater. It failed to work for the last full week we were living there. It seems the part to repair it wasn't readily available.

Nice home in quiet neighborhood; great pool/hot tub/lanai; lacked some amenities

This is a nice home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The heated pool and jacuzzi were great as was the outdoor lanai area. Nice large kitchen with most of what one would need to cook meals/entertain (the only spices were salt and pepper shakers). The bedrooms and beds/furniture were also nice as were the bathrooms. It's located about 30 mins north of Vero beach and we didn't think it had much to do around it. Some local restaurants on the water and what seemed to be more sports bars with that kind of food. It's close to Walmart and other grocery/dollar stores, but not really any good shopping. The main reason for the 4 star rating was the combination of the lack of amenities. We (6 of us) were there for 10+ days and were provided 4 rolls of toilet paper, 4 laundry detergent pods, 4 dishwasher detergent pods, 4 garbage bags, 2 partially empty boxes of tissues (one mostly empty), 1 roll of paper towels, no cleaning supplies other than Dawn, and mostly empty aluminum foil and plastic wrap. When I asked the property manager, he said that is what most owners are doing these days given the cost of goods has gone up. Given I paid nearly $300 a night, I would expect more. There were also only 5 beach towels and somewhat spotty Internet.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood & short drive to the beach

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The pictures do not do this place justice. Everything inside and out was nearly immaculate and you can tell the owners take care of this home well. We had everything we needed & spent lots of time at the pool and hot tub enjoying Florida weather in December. We had a small hiccup trying to understand the pool/hot tub settings but it was resolved quickly by Jim who came by the house within minutes of us sending a text message. Super easy to get to the home from the interstate and quick access to beaches and other sights to see in the area. Highly recommend this home and would love to stay again!

Great location with private pool and spa

Overall, very good. Had a minor issue with pool heat but was taken care of promptly. Can’t beat the location, centrally located to multiple beach options. Very nice house, would go back.
