Wake up to breathtaking views of the Atlantic ocean in this completely updated studio condo. Condo offers two queen beds, a kitchen, a private step out balcony, an exceptional bathroom with a tub for relaxing. This condo is privately owned and located on the 14th floor of the Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center. Spend your days vacationing at the resort while enjoying four pools, two hot tubs, a gym, a sauna, tiki bar and more.

Please be advised: Hurricane IAN & NICOLE caused damage to the resort amenity areas.
Resort amenity's are currently out of service for guest use. Pools and spas are still closed.

The unit itself is nice. The building is not. It smells, it is dirty, when we checked in only 1 elevator for the whole building was operational and the unit is on the 14th floor. This unit was rented to me through deceptive advertising (not clear whether that was the owner’s fault or Vrbo as they both pointed the finger at each other). The listing has since been updated to reflect the current amenities offered, so hopefully no one else has to deal with the deception. I felt the owner’s and Vrbo’s handling of my situation was unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend renting from them. There are several places in the area with great beach access and better accommodation for the same price. I advise you to keep moving.

Nice place

We stayed for the family vacation. It was a nice place to stay very clean in the room. The resort itself was under construction and kind of a mess everywhere. Only a few elevators work and all the pools didn’t work. That was a bummer for my kids. However the room was delightful as a mom it was nice to have all the items in the room. It was thoughtful and well thought out.

Not what we expected

The actual room we stayed in was very nice. It was clean, decorated nicely, it jad lots of extra little tbings available so we dodnt have to buy a lot. The inly problem we had was with the whole condominium. It apparently is under major construction. None of the pools are available. The elevators did not work properly, the gate to get into the building from the beach locked if it was shut and you would have to walk all the way around the building to get back in, which is really inconvenient when you are bringing in all of your items from the beach.

Locked out!!

Nice little room. Everything under construction. No pool. No washer. No gym got locked out. Couldn’t get a hold of the host. Paid to stay at the Hilton next door due to the battery on the lock. Dying HOST will NOT refund me. My stay, or the night I lost.

Daytona 500

We stayed at this property for our trip to the Daytona 500 race. The TV only has Roku access. When the race was rain delayed, we could not watch the race. The room has what you need, no frills and needs updated. Carpeting needs removed. It is old and worn.

Very clean and comfortable!!

The condo was extremely clean and very comfortable beds. Its a bit small with a nice size bathroom. I loved that there were coloring books and crayons for my 5 yr old..that was very nice of the owners!!

Bike weekend

Overall good place to stay for the value .pool and outside bar were closed but that was disclosed before renting , great bedding , sheets , pillows , blankets and very comfortable bed .Nice bathroom and huge sliding door overlooking the ocean for a great night breeze . Nothing too fancy , but you get your $ worth

Awesome host

Condo was very nice and the host could not be more hospitable. If you forgot anything they have you covered. I've stayed in this building on previous trips and nothing compares. Only downfall was with the rest of the common area property which is basically closed down for repairs from the storms. It's been that way for my last 2 stays in past 1-1/2 years. It's a shame for the condo owners that pay association fees and get nothing in return. I hope I can use same condo in the future. Thank you Kelly & Justin

Nice condo with beautiful view and so much attention to the extra details

This condo was on the beach with a beautiful view and had so many little extras that made the space so unique. We had come to the area for the Daytona 500. It rained continuously and 2 days of the races were cancelled. We spent more time in the condo than we had expected. As we are an older couple the only thing we missed were more comfortable chairs. The unlighted parking lot next door also made us uncomfortable on the dark rainy nights we needed to negotiate our steps avoiding big puddles and trying not to fall.

Great location

Great little spot to stay. Clean and every accommodation you could think of. Unfortunately the pools were closed and so was the parking garage. On the plus side, there was close handy parking and the beautiful beach within steps of the room. Great hosts with snacks on hand.

The room itself was small and cozy with high end cabinets and countertops. There were a lot of decorations, a very small tv, no dresser for any clothes. Besides the room itself, the property is in poor condition. Pool and hot tubs were not open and available, only 2 of 6 elevators were functioning, and the staff at the desk aren’t there to help check in or anything. They pretty much told us we were on our own to figure it out online and via email..

This DBR condo rental experience gets the highest rating possible - fantastic! From the great communication and attention of the property manager, Kelly, to the impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail with the condo's appearance and condition, this stay rates up with the best we've ever experienced. You can tell right away that Kelly has an eye for detail...the little things...with regard to appearance and the amenities that were presented. This level of attention makes anyone feel comfortable and happy with their selection of where to stay! We highly recommend this condo and the property management - Thank you!

Great Stay! Will be back!!!

Check in was super easy and instructions were very clear and Kelly was very accommodating for our early check when the room was ready!! Very quick communication within the first day when we had a few basic questions! The beach view is amazing and such a short walk to get to the beach! We were here for WTR and the condo was very busy but we always were able to find parking in the big lot next to the Condo and Kelly even gave us other off site options if we got back late and the lot was full!! Very clean and Kelly had a nice welcome basket ready for us upon arrival which was very thoughtful! Lots of amenities in the room available if you forget to bring certain things which was also nice!! Thanks for a great stay and will definitely be back if it's available next time we come!! :)

Pools & Parking, disaster

Front desk people could care less about any guess. (Rude) was all excited about going to the tiki bar when we arrived looked awesome in the pictures as well as the pools. All were destroyed by the last storm. Witch sucked. Would have loved to known this before I booked, along with the parking deck being closed. Parking was awful. Went out for dinner come back no parking. Talked to lady at front desk no help didn’t care ect. Contact owner of the room was told it’s bike week more or less figure it out. (You can park across the street at Publix and walk) thats what you want to hear before booking. Someone jump or pushed off the 5th floor pretty sure they died, blood everywhere. Felt like we stayed in the projects. Oh yeah you could smell sewer in the lobby. Was told the owners didn’t have insurance on the pools and outside area this will not be fixed because it will take 50k from every owner. The beach was disappointing as well. Would have like to have seen updated pictures before booking. Felt like a bait and switch. Room was clean. Door issues. If you don’t throw the deadbolt you can just push it open no latch. Fyi. When you leave you have to make sure to push # so room is locked. Took about 10 mins to figure out. Spend a few hundred dollars to have fixed. Door does not feel very secure.

We went down for a golf vacation, weather was great, only sad thing is the damage cause by hurricane Ian and Nicole last fall, the pool and mostly most pool on all resort were damaged and closed, which make difficult to access beach. But location, great view, will go back Mike A
