Residence La Grande Verdette is located along the blue ‘Marmotte’ piste, which takes you to the snow front and the main ski lifts in a matter of seconds. Ski in and out at the foot of the residence.

This 59m² flat features warm decor and high-quality materials.

An indoor parking space (in the basement of the residence) is reserved for you with access to an electric charging station at an additional cost.
There is a ski locker with boot dryer that opens directly onto the Bellard chairlift.

The flat comprises a living room opening onto a furnished balcony with a beautiful view on the Aiguilles d'Arves.
The living area comprises a lounge-dining area and a fitted kitchen.
The first bedroom has a 160cm bed and its own shower room.
A second bedroom also has a 160 cm bed.
Finally, the third bedroom has 4 bunk beds sleeping 80 x 190 cm.
A shower room with WC and a separate WC complete this flat.


The end-of-stay cleaning service is included, as is the hire of bed linen and towels.

When you book with Altitude 1750, your ski lesson cards booked are delivered directly to your flat on the day of your arrival. If you book 15 days in advance, you can also take advantage of discounted rates with our partners (ski passes, ski equipment hire).

Prices include VAT, but exclude booking fees and tourist tax. Holiday insurance is also available at an additional cost.
