Beach right at your doorstep, stunning view of Ajaccio, for 2 people, air-conditioned

Our apartment is located facing the sea and the historic districts of AJACCIO.
The view is breathtaking
The beach is at the foot of the building.

Quiet and comfortable, the apartment, with a total surface area of 35m², consists of:
* a living room of 25 m2 with a bed for 2 adults in 140 (renewed in 2023, sheets and towels are provided), a sofa,
and adjoining, an equipped American kitchen (crockery, fridge/freezer, an oven, electric hob...)
* a bathroom with a bath/shower, a washing machine.
* the toilets are independent.
* and above all a terrace, which is the summer dining room (table, 4 chairs, plancha, coffee maker...).

The furniture is functional; However, the aesthetic is from the 80s because it is the one left by my parents and I can't part with it.

There is no WIFI, your connection goes very well... and then, take advantage of these moments of relaxation to look at your phone as little as possible.
On the other hand, there is a TV if you feel the need.

The apartment has an air conditioner (cold or hot).

Access to the beach is via the stairs or the elevator. There is no closer... except on board a boat.

Access to the residence is very easy from the airport (3rd roundabout, towards the sea).
You can use the city bus, according to the timetables on the "Muvistrada" website (the "Saint Joseph" stop is nearby).
Nevertheless, in Corsica, generally speaking, you need a personal vehicle to get around and fully enjoy this beautiful island.

There is a free private parking lot at the back of the building (the spaces are not numbered, the first to arrive park there, about 50 spaces are available).
For your information, if you want to rent a car, preferably opt for a hybrid or a combustion engine. You will find fuel everywhere, it is much less safe for electric charging.
Travel by public transportation is preferable for the downtown but currently the schedules remain random.
To use the bike, you have to be brave (heat in summer...), reckless (a lot of traffic and few reserved spaces...), and in very good physical shape.

Nearby (5/10 minutes walk), you have all types of shops (mini-market, bakery, bar, tobacconist...).

Special information:
Pets cannot be accepted. There have been unfortunate precedents with inconvenienced neighbours and we will not take the risk of doing it again.
The apartment is non-smoking. Do not use the terrace even with the doors closed, take the time to leave the building. The future occupants and neighbours will be grateful to you.
As for cleaning, it must be done at the end of your stay, as you found the apartment on arrival. You have the possibility, by indicating it in advance, to ask Laetitia to take care of it, for sixty euros. A deposit of three hundred euros will be required to prevent possible damage
When you arrive, you will be given a remote control. It allows access to the parking lots, the lobby of the building and to enter from the beach. The loss or damage to it, or the key to the apartment, will be charged one hundred and fifty euros (cost of intervention + travel).
The building is quiet, it is advisable to contribute by not making noise (music, lively discussions on the terrace...) outside the following hours, from 9 am to 10 pm. Thank you.
