The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency has this charming 80 m² house in Les Ormes to rent for up to 2 people. It comprises a pretty 35 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a garden of around 1000 m². Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 35 m² living room with fireplace (wood not provided) and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Laundry room with washing machine and WC, accessible from the outside
First floor:
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 1000 m² garden and a 40 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Les Ormes, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
