Wonderful time! The owner was a great communicator and answered all my random questions quickly. Loved the layout of the condo. The location is perfect for the beach, pool and walking to all the restaurants and entertainment. Everything we needed was within a 5 mile radius for the whole trip. And most of what we enjoyed was in easy walking distance. I’d recommend and would book again!

Wonderful Condo

This is the best condo I’ve ever stayed at. It was so clean, beautifully decorated and inviting. The wrap around balcony was amazing and you could see the ocean and pier. The owner always emailed me right away if I had any questions. We will definitely be booking again!

Great place for a great vacation

This condo was super clean, and in a perfect location! Everything is easy to get to and super close! The host is very responsive and replies in a timely fashion. We also met the house keeper, Jodie, who is super sweet and works so hard to ensure the condo is in perfect condition! We will stay here again.

Spacious family or couples getaway!

This is such a spacious condo with the best location right at Pier Park! We will definitely be renting Tipsea Tides again for a family or couples beach vacation this summer! Comfortable beds, plenty of seating, and THAT balcony is a winner.

Fabulous Florida Getaway

New and beautifully decorated condo!! Plenty of space for our family to enjoy. Spend time on the gorgeous wrap-around balcony with views of the pool, beach, ocean, stunning sunsets and Pier Park. Comfortable living spaces, beautiful kitchen, and spacious bedrooms. Well appointed with everything you need for your stay. We loved the great location with the beach, shopping, dining and entertainment just a walk away!!! Don't forget to stop by the poolside cafe for breakfast or lunch as you head to the pool or the beach!

Great condo and location

New condo, nice and comfortably furnished. The large balcony with multiple seating areas has great gulf views. Plan to return when weather is warmer to enjoy the pool and cabanas next to pool (what a convenient amenity). The location next to Pier Park and other various dining and entertainment venues are within walking distance, so no dealing with traffic. On beach walk noticed a Senor Frog’s location is opening on the beach. Beautiful, spacious condo and great location.

Gorgeous unit with huge balcony!

Really great unit that was beautifully decorated and super clean. Was very well equipped for our needs with plenty of space, all the amenities we need and even enough super cozy blankets for some chilly nights! Great space for our family of 5. Everything was so easy and seamless from booking to checking in, would definitely stay again and want to come back soon!
