Free parking at the residence entrance. We're close to the famous Cupabia beach (Natura 2000), which you can reach on foot in 30 minutes.

Pets accepted only if clean and respectful of the accommodation (with supplement).
Independent entrance with key box available for late arrivals or early departures.

It is composed as follows:
- spacious entrance with plenty of storage space,
- bedroom with double bed (140x190), bedside tables, radiator, window and mosquito screen, fan.
- large renovated bathroom with toilet, bath, sink and mirror + storage space and radiator.
- an air-conditioned (reversible) living room with :
a newly fitted and equipped kitchen area (large fridge/freezer, microwave/oven, hood, hob, sink, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, window with mosquito screen.
living area with table and chairs, sitting area with sofa bed, connected Tv and wifi (option €10/stay), a large bay window opening onto a terrace
- a terrace shaded by a magnificent hundred-year-old olive tree and a pergola, a barbecue, wooden table and benches (smokers only accepted outside the accommodation).
A welcome booklet will be available in the accommodation, with lots of information about the region and the residence.
Housekeeping is a compulsory option to ensure that your accommodation is clean and tidy on arrival, as are household linen (bed linen and towels included in the booking).
