Wake up to breathtaking views of the Atlantic ocean in this completely updated studio condo. Condo offers two queen beds, a kitchen, a private step out balcony, an exceptional bathroom with a tub for relaxing. This condo is privately owned and located on the 14th floor of the Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center. Spend your days vacationing at the resort while enjoying four pools, two hot tubs, a gym, a sauna, tiki bar and more.

Enjoyed condo. Everything was clean. Jetted tub was very nice and relaxing. Location was perfect for walking. Everyone was friendly, I felt comfortable and safe.It was a bummer the resort was under so much refurbishing. Only one elevator worked most of the time of my stay. Over all it was great! The host provided many extras in the condo that I found thoughtful and considerate.

The room was clean and nicely supplied. My onlly complaint is mattresses on beds were overly soft. The side actually folded over when I got close and put me on the floor. But all else very nice.

Quick Stay

While the neighborhood seems to be in transition, and parking (like we were apprised of by property manager) was a little tricky, our room was very nice. Very clean, and well thought out. We had a great stay and recommend it!

Completely disappointed! Still absolutely NO amenities!

The only word for this facility is it's a dump! Dark, dingy, musty smelling and just creepy. My room was an old hyped-up hotel room. A Holiday Inn Express would outshine this place. I saw NO signs of construction on property. Sure, made mention of amenities down but for this long and then charging $$$. But I did see lots of caution tape, green pools, demolished retaining wall, shopping carts and vagrants. Couldn't believe the hotel garage has been closed since before the hurricane! But this place was booked at on season rates, by our mistake we had moved it from March to September. Just was shocked! WE LEFT the next morning because I found a great place down the street, with all amenities! Stay away, should tear it down and start over!

Served its purpose

The actual condo is the best it can be. Decorated beautifully, all the comforts of home, comfy beds, and clean. The step out balcony is literally just a step out, and pretty much serves no purpose. The resort it is located inside is very outdated and has a bit of a smell. No outdoor amenities available due to hurricane damage, with no indication that they are trying to repair it. The beach is gorgeous, of course, but there is a moderate homeless population sleeping outside of the resort. There is parking available directly outside of, and next to, the resort, but on more than one occassion we had to park across the street in the shopping plaza parking lot due to lack of parking availability. Its not what i was expecting, but it was acceptable and i appreciate the effort the owners put into it.

Ask questions, no body mentions all pools are closed. Inside and out. Jackhammers running all day.

The room was great. But nobody menton all amenities were closed and construction going on . To me thats not something you leave out.dont get me wrong the room was fabulous as always. But if the rest of the resort is closed let someone booking know this.the conditions were never brought to my attention. Had i know everything was closed, i would have went elswhere. Communication was not there

Won’t stay again

Bugs, left over containers in frig., no silverware. No silverware., Terrible beach access. Carpet in main property needs to be taken out. Lots of homeless people. Overnight Security were very nice and friendly

So nice!

The room was very clean and there were so many personal touches geared toward the guest. The things you think you would forget when packing, were there for you should you need them! Thought that was cool! Bed was very comfortable! Tub was heaven! Would def come here again!

Ocean breeze and sounds a delight!

Comfortable, clean and full of thoughtful touches to enhance vacation experience. We were a party of 3 and the space was agreeable. The property is a mixed use hotel/condominium. View from balcony is great along with easy room access and various venue ammenties (bike rentals, staff at desk and free parking). Disappointed patio and outdoor pool were not open due to construction but most likely a temporary situation. Check for updates if this is important to your stay. Indoor pool and sauna open as well as fitness center.

Perfect for the Holiday Weekend

The condo was just as advertised and Kelly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and I made coffee every morning.(which was provided) There was an ample supply of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Would definitely stay at one of her properties.

Location, Ocean View!

The condo is in a wonderful spot, near great restaurants and shops. I liked that we could park with ease and walk to places we wanted to see. The owners were very thoughtful in providing an assortment of extra items for guests. White, fluffy towels & bedding. Unfortunately, all amenities were closed, due to hurricane inspections.

A Great Room with a View!

1st off, Kelly (the property owner) was (is) amazing; and while our 3 AM check in after a cross country flight was a little dicy (make sure you have the key code In advance of standing bleary eyed in the hallway:) - once we awoke (super comfy beds!) in the sunshine and saw the level of detail, personal touch and charm that filled the room - we enjoyed a full week of quiet comfort, relaxation and long walks on the beach, just a short walk from our room. We are absolutely counting the days until our return visit to Daytona.

Loved this little studio. It was perfect for what we wanted. Kelly the Host was so sweet to decorate and leave it full of little gifts to help me celebrate my birthday. A touch that I myself would have done for a guest. Scored high in my book. She was also very easy and quick to respond with a answer when we had questions.
