Located on the third floor (no lift) of a residence completely renovated in 2024, in the immediate vicinity of shops and restaurants (bakery and butcher's shop on the ground floor), SAPINS 302 can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults.
This little gem combines the spirit of a mountain chalet with its old wooden walls and the modernity of a new building, just a few steps from the main Chavannes ski lifts and ski lessons. Close to the heart of the resort, with restaurants, shops and children's activities from the tourist office (ice rink, workshops, etc.). Its location and facilities make it ideal accommodation for a family holiday without the use of a car.

A first double bedroom with 160cm bed and smart TV, plenty of storage space and trunk bed
A second bedroom with two 90cm single beds that can be made into a super king-size double bed, TV and plenty of storage space
A spacious shower room with walk-in shower

A magnificent living room with a modern, stylish, functional and well-equipped kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, 4-burner induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.

The main entrance is past the bakery.
Apartment 302 is located on the 3rd floor, on your right as you go up the stairs (the building does not have an elevator).
A cellar is also available in the basement of the building; it is marked SAPINS 302 with the agency logo. Access to the cellar is via the second key, which will be given to you upon arrival.
We always aim to welcome our guests in person.
Check-in is contractually scheduled between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm: one of our team members will meet you at the property, carry out the check-in inspection and answer any questions you may have about the accommodation and your stay.
If you are due to arrive outside the agency’s opening hours, self check-in is possible using a key box or a smart lock. All necessary access details will be provided once the security deposit has been received.
