Super home! Just as pictured! Backyard is fabulous and beach area beautiful. We had it all to ourselves. Very clean. Great communication. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Backyard Oasis

This was our third stay in the Ponte Vedra area on the beach. This property was by far the nicest of the 3. The backyard is so peaceful with palms blocking the views of neighboring houses and sunshades making the heat bearable. Having a fence was so nice with little kids too. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. Worked great with 3 couples and two kids.

The house is completely renovated and has comfortable furnishings and ample hangout spots. We loved the large family room, sun room, patio, sprawling yard and of course, the beach! We can’t wait to rent it again!

Senior Trip with Family

The house was very accommodating. Everything you need is there. The only downfall was the very small kitchen. My family loved the private beach. The beach was great. We will be coming back here in the future. If I had a question it was answered in minutes. Great memories were made here. Thank you! the future.

Great Place!

We came to stay with my young kids and my parents for a week. The fenced in yard is a major plus. The house is wonderful. Really a top notch rental that I highly recommend!

Great House!

This was our 2nd stay in this great house! We love the sun room, the outdoor patio with sun shades, the chaise lounges and striped umbrellas and the bed swing! The yard is completely fenced in which makes it super kid friendly plus it’s only a few steps to the beach.

Family vacation

Rented this home for my annual vacation with my two children, their spouses, and my three grandchildren, age 2, 9 months, and 3 months. The yard and porch with swing were perfect. Although the kitchen is very small, we grilled every night and ate outdoors. We all loved the setting and even had professional family photos shot there. Highly recommend!!

Excellent house with easy access to a nice, private beach. Excellent communication with Maxine as she answered all our questions quickly. Check in and check out processes were extremely easy. We had 6 adults staying the week and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you would want in a vacation house. The kitchen is tiny, but that wasn’t a problem as we weren’t planning on cooking anyway. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were nice with plenty of water pressure. The pool house was well equipped with quality beach chairs, umbrella’s, boogie boards, sand buckets and anything else you could think of needing at the beach. The house is on a busy highway, but the traffic is barely noticeable. It is a 15 minute drive to St. Augustine to the south and a 15 minute drive to Ponte Vedra Beach to the north. The house isn’t fancy, but it is very nice with quality furnishings. If you’re looking for a nice house on a quiet beach, this is perfect. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Best Place & Host in South Ponte Vedra !

Our 2nd time staying here and once again everyone loved it! No crowds, plenty of space to relax, and beach access steps from the house. Maxine is wonderful and really helps to make your stay a stress free experience. We're already looking forward to trip #3!

Beyond Awesome!

Pictures do not do this home justice. It had everything we needed and then some! The kitchen is small but who cooks on vacation. There are plenty of great restaurants including Fish Camp and Valley Smoke nearby. There is a great grill on the patio which we used on Memorial Day. Everything was fantastic and we plan to return next year hopefully for at least 2 weeks. Thank you Maxine!

Family celebration

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week at this charming beach house. The living spaces are well thought out so guests can come together or enjoy quiet time. The home was very clean and every amenity provided. The location was amazing. We enjoyed wonderful sunrises and long walks at the beautiful, private the beach. We can't say enough about this lovely home and thoughtful host, Maxine!

Lovely Beach Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this newly renovated beach cottage. Everything was as described--and the kitchen is really that small! But we made it work! Great family stay!

We loved this property. The house is a great size and clean. The surf shack was handy for storing extras. And beach access was perfect. St Augustine is a cute town to explore. Lots of things to do! We would stay here again.
