Wonderful view

This property had an amazing view! It was advertised for its sunsets and it didn’t disappoint. The house itself is large and spacious for a family. We loved having a beach nearby, kayaks to use, and large yard for our child to run on. The owners were so kind to give us crabs and they were delicious! It smelled like it had a small gas leak in the kitchen and it was mostly clean except for some cobwebs, trash under couches, and mildew on the shower heads. It was tough to get rid of all the flies that wanted and did come in, but thats not the fault of the property owners. It just got old having to constantly cover food and other things inside that you don’t want flies to sit on. Overall, this is a wonderful property that allows you to escape and spend time near the peaceful water.

Peaceful getaway

Beautiful location on the water, relatively isolated but close enough to great restaurants and activities. Host made excellent accommodations for us including providing two brand-new kayaks within a day of our arrival. Lots of room to spread out and allow everyone to find their own quiet nook.

Thanksgiving on the Bay

Great time on the Eastern Bay for Thanksgiving. Mimi was a great host, right next door so readily available. Beautiful views and very comfortable home. Would return for sure.

The best place on the Eastern Shore of Maryland

From the minute we arrived, we knew we were home. This residence offers so much for your experience on the eastern shore of Maryland, near Tilghman Island and St. Michaels. Across the yard is the County beach which offers great views, fishing, and great beachcombing for glass. Fire pit evenings were great with a well-stocked pile of firewood. The home is well-appointed with everything that you will need. The owners will greet you at some point and make sure you have everything that you need, which we appreciated so much! We loved this place so much that we are going to book for next year!!! Can't wait to get back there!!!

Wonderful!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. What an amazing property, pool and the views! The week was so relaxing and just what we needed! The owners and property manager were so friendly and terrific - answering any and all questions promptly. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this rental - great, fully equipped kitchen, amazing screened in porch with table and chairs, beautiful bedrooms and baths. Our week was so great my family and I have booked our week for next summer!

Outstanding stay in St Michaels

The owner is very nice to deal with. The House was cleaned well. We had couples and we had plenty of room. Enjoyed sitting on the porch!

Absolute Paradise!

We stayed here for a family vacation in early June and it was amazing! The house is the perfect setting for a family, large house on a beautiful property right on the bay. We loved the double porches - sat outside on the porch for dinners, took naps out there during the day and played games at night. The house has kayaks and a paddle board you can use. The owner does live right next door, and they were very lovely. They have a pool and you can request it be private during your stay, which we did, and we used every day! There is a small public beach close by that you can walk to and swim in, but it did get crowded on the weekends. Great location, only about a 10 minute drive to downtown St. Michael's. It was the most perfect vacation spot!

Sunset every night

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend getaway and had a great time. Whether at the small beach less than 100 yards away or inside the screened porch, we got a beautiful sunset each day. The host was close by and very helpful. The kitchen pots/pans could use a slight upgrade, but other than that it was as expected. Great, quiet getaway!

Gorgeous home with an outstanding view!

This was our first experience with Vrbo and I must say staying at the Endless Sunset home in Claiborne set a very high standard! We really wanted a place to stay and get away from our busy lives in the city and Endless Sunset offered that peaceful, clean and comfortable oasis we desperately needed. The home and property are beautiful and very clean. The home is huge and is comfortable for families of all sizes. The hosts were very kind and made us feel at home. And lastly the location is perfect. It is so close to St. Michaels or any other special location nearby. It is also incredibly close to numerous outstanding restaurants. We are excited to return to Endless Sunsets and stay for a bit longer with friends in the near future. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Good Bargain for St. Michael's

For a place on the water, just 8 minutes from the heart of St. Michael's this house is a good bargain. That being said, this stay was a mixed bag for us. First, the good things about this property. In addition to proximity to St. Michael's and a beautiful waterfront setting, the house boasts multiple porches that are as expansive and enjoyable as pictured. We were also very grateful for access to kayaks (enough for 5 people). I suspect access to the small public beach and the shared pool would be a win as well but we didn't take advantage of those things due to the time of year. Also worth mentioning that the house was very clean and the property owner came over to say hi and give us additional information throughout the weekend. It was hard to grasp the layout of the house based on pictures and descriptions. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and they share two Jack & Jill style bathrooms between them. This is worth noting depending on your group and how comfortable they are sharing a bathroom... or walking downstairs to the third full bath. Generally speaking, our disappointment was with what seemed to be a lack of attention to detail. Lightbulb in the fridge was out, scale build up on showerhead that made water spray sideways, toilets that were difficult to flush, chipped coffee pot that took 25 minutes to brew, bath towels but no wash cloths or hand towels, hand soap dispensers that had some loose liquid that didn't foam up when you tried to wash. In isolation, any one of these things is completely fine, but taken as a whole, they definitely made the stay feel less special. A couple small upgrades and fixes could make all the difference here.

Great Eastern Shore getaway

My family had a wonderful vacation at Dawn's beautiful rental. The location on the water is amazing, with the beach a very short walk away. Great outdoor spaces, including the wraparound porches, made it such a relaxing place to spend time. With St. Michaels a short drive away, it was also very convenient to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, for anything you need. We look forward to coming back!

Perfect family getaway from city

We had the best long weekend escape at your beautiful home! We came with four kids under five and it really an ideal set up for family fun. The lay-out easily allows for separate sleeping spaces and we loved dining outdoors with a view. The pool and private stretch of Bay beach are perfect for little ones and we loved catching crabs on the dock. We felt restored and loved our trip. We hope to return! Thank you!

I looked for years for the perfect spot.I grew up in Claiborne and always wanted a house on Eastern Bay. This property had it all...Big views,cove views,protected shoreline,beach,sunsets and a stone jetty to fish on any time the mood hit. It was large enough to build our vacation rental, 2 piers and a swimming pool for all.

We custom built the house to take advantage of the amazing views of Eastern Bay .Each bedroom walks out onto the porches.

We are 5 minutes to St. Michaels and less than 2 hours to Ocean City, Baltimore, Washington DC and BWI Airport.
