Camelot by the Sea features a great outdoor pool deck with a stunning lawn with lounge chairs and umbrella tables. Camelot's indoor pavilion with a glass front and potted plants contain a lazy river, free-form pool, a small toddler pool, and a spa tub. Stroll down the ocean boulevard to enjoy the many restaurants and shops in the area

Love the place. The condo was above w Expectations. Contact management about issues about things outside there control and they note it would get fix. Right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. Everything about this place is great. We walked everywhere. Pool and hot tub at ground floor. Close to board walk; under a mile. Can't wait to do it again.

Great Beach Location!

Condo is exactly as described:) We arrived a day earlier than expected for a week vacation & meet up with other Family and Friends. Julie was quick to accommodate the 3 of us for a last minute one night stay. The property itself shows it has weathered a bit with the high traffic fun of summer vacationers. Great location for any age activities. The condo is clean and is minimalistic with decor. Bed is comfortable. Kitchen has the usual utensils needed to cook a meal. The restaurant next door has good food is fun and has live music. The elevator is right outside the door-great if you need easy access. Parking and check in are simple and sent right around noon day of arrival. I am Super Grateful to Julie and staff. Thank you for a wonderful first night in Myrtle Beach. Julie and associates were quick to respond to all communications. Thank you, thank you!

Hotel room turned into a condo

The contract they send you the minute you pay your deposit scares the crap out of you! It’s like 20 pages long. That gives you a negative feeling right from the start. I understand owners needing to protect themselves but this was unbelievable. The small condo (more than 2 people would be tough) was clean upon arrival. The pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable to sleep in but it was quiet at night because you were on the ocean side. The king size bed was comfortable but was right beside the entry door to the room so it was very loud at night and In the morning so both beds made sleeping very difficult. The kitchen was small and not well stocked but was nice to have for the limited cooking we did. Very small balcony but nice to be able to be outside on the ocean. The living room/dining room area was small but clean. The hotel room was decent but the hotel itself itself could use some updates. The pool area had lots of kids Thursday-Sunday, so it was very loud and obnoxious so we didn’t feel like we could use the pool. Monday was much quieter and relaxing. The grass area was nice and we enjoyed the loungers. And it’s always a bonus to be right on the ocean. Overall I think you get what you pay for.

Beautiful Location and Nice Accomodations

The condo was very nice and just the right size for the two of us. The pools were well maintained and access to the beach was great, too! One set of elevators was not working, so there were several times when we had to wait for a considerable amount of time, and once we just gave up, even though our condo was on the 14th floor. The process of making a reservation and paying for it on VRBO is typically wonderful. However, after making our reservation for this particular place, we got an email from the rental management company, saying they wanted a front and back picture of my drivers license and credit card. That raised some pretty big red flags, so I contacted VRBO about it. The rental management company then said that we didn't have to do that, but it set a bad tone and made me regret booking there. In addition, all of their communication includes paragraphs with bold and all caps and highlights, which is very off-putting and demeaning. They include a huge list of things you must do or can't do; more than any place I've ever stayed before, and some of it is hard to measure or understand (How do the cleaning staff decide what's "excessive cleaning"?). Then when we arrived, the inside of some of the cupboards had drips and crumbs and sticky residue, which I had to clean myself. Hmmm... Next time I would probably look for something that is managed by a different company or just an individual, hopefully someone who makes you feel good about deciding to rent from them.

We just loved the beachfront view from this condo the first time we visited. Our young child enjoys the pools and beach area.

This unit has granite countertops, a full-sized refrigerator, LCD TV, and beachfront views. Great location for entertainment in the surrounding areas. Great Pool area and views that are simply breathtaking.
