Hidden Gem near the Beach and Downtown-Guest House only
Unique house that you will love. A great place for couples or a family. Spacious 1983 sqft guest house with lots of space to gather inside or outside. 215 yards from the beach makes it easily walkable. Close to down town, the aquarium, casinos, shopping and restaurants.
Guest house is 1983 sqft with plenty of space to entertain, a large kitchen, open bar area and large outdoor area with seating.
Bedroom & Attached Bathroom
The bedroom has a king bed and twin trundles (2 mattresses) & full bathroom with a shower attached. There is an attached full bathroom with a shower.
Living room
The living room is very large. There is a queen Nantucket bed (Murphy bed) in the living room that folds out. There are also 2 twin air mattresses available.
There is a separate full bathroom with a shower that can be accessed from the living room.
There is a dart board, shuffle board table and an arcade system in the living area.
Kitchen
There is a large open kitchen with a gas range. We have provided quality cookware and cutlery for guest who wish to cook.
Loft
There is a large loft area with 2 6 foot bean bags and a TV. The loft area does a have low ceiling.
There is a TV in the bedroom, 2 in the living room and 1 in the loft. They are all smart TV's with access to Sling TV and whatever apps you have access to log into.
Parking:
Guest of the guest house should park behind the main house right in front of the guest house. There is room for 2 cars. Additional vehicles should park on the street.

We have lived on the MS gulf coast for 13 years now and have loved being here. It has been a wonderful area with multiple towns that provide lots of great food and entertainment. We have enjoyed being able to provide memorable experiences to our guest.

2nd Street is a very highly sought after area in Gulfport. It has many beautiful oaks and is one block from the beach and close to downtown. There are historic homes along the street that have been renovated and many new construction homes in the area. It is a very quiet street where you'll see many retirees walking their dogs or going for a walk/jog when the weather allows.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
The guest house was once a 5 car garage for very high end vehicles from a previous owner and was eventually converted to a living space with a bedroom, loft, living room, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms and laundry space. The exquisite garage ceiling is rare (gold colored metal finish) so we decided to keep that extra flare to tie into decorating. We love that our home and property feels like a special place to guests to unwind and reset. We love hearing from our guests who tell us about the great memories made there. We love being able to offer this experience to others. The picturesque sprawling Oak provides the most beautiful views with a water view down to the ocean from the kitchen/living room area.
