Casa Única is a Unique and Updated 1950's home with New Mexico flare, remodeled kitchen and baths, spacious den with 55" smart TV & air hockey table. Covered outdoor lounging/BBQ space, Private, Gated Parking/yard and central heating/AC. Prime Abq location on quiet street that is minutes from Interstate access, Old Town, Downtown, Sawmill market, Bio Park, Museums, Restaurants, night life, nature areas and bike trails.

Quiet neighborhood with a great park just a few houses down the block. Plenty of space for large groups, two large gathering areas, den with flat screen tv and air hockey table, large family dining table, outdoor dining area and propane grille.

Newly renovated kitchen features new cabinets, Stainless steel appliances, nicely equipped to prepare and serve basic/intermediate meals, spices, oil, coffee maker with coffee, sugar and creamer provided as well.

Bedrooms feature new, comfortable, memory foam/cooling gel mattresses, bunk beds, an office area with desk if your remote working, also ironing board, iron and washer and dryer free of charge!


House rules:

•Minimum age to rent 25 (No third party bookings)
•NO PARTIES. NO EVENTS of any kind.
•No smoking inside the house, please use front patio areas and dispose of butts properly.
•Linen count is only for guests on the reservation,
•Dispose of all trash into garbage cans
•Please do not eat or drink in the beds

Neighborhood quiet hours start at 9pm Mon-Thurs, 10pm Fri-Sat, please respect the neighbors privacy. It is the booking guests responsibility to make sure ALL other guests in the group honor the House Rules.

Fantastic for large groups

Stayed over a long weekend with a large group of friends. Worked perfectly for us - the air hockey table was a big hit, and the well-appointed kitchen and gas grill outside let us prepare most of our meals ourselves. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Location

The home was in a great location for our needs. The floor plan was a little different but, there were plenty of different areas to gather or be on your own. Our host was great responding to questions or any needs. My “go to” is would we stay again, that would be a “yes”.

Cozy home

Home was cute, comfortable and very convenient for a bunch of men and teen boys. Location was great, right by the freeway. The owner answered any qiestions efficiently and accomodated chnages at last minute.

Our work group was very happy with the accomodations! Great Stay! Property owner was very easy to work with, especially when we had to extend our time there. It was great to be able to actually speak with the property owner to get everything arranged. (So many properties today rely on text or email communication only.) We will stay here again! Thank you!!

Great location

The home is in a great location (close to Old Town and other attractions) and had plenty of space for the nine of us. We had a foosball tournament and the four-year-old learned to play air hockey. As others mentioned the air isn't great on the table but it was still fun. Full kitchen and dining room, which was good for our group and all the bedrooms were as described.

A nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. It is an older house but has been renovated. The beds are very basic but everything is clean and neat. The air hockey table would’ve been so fun, it just needs a new puck. The existing one is too light and flys off. We especially enjoyed the fooseball table. That was so fun!

Always an adventure

Overall nice property. Plenty of room to spread out and visit in different small groups. Odd floor plan, but it worked. Extra pillows, blankets would have been appreciated. Also... TOILET PAPER! no extra TP or trash bags. Had to go to store and get more.

We chose this VRBO because it had everything our family of 9 needed. Everyone had a bed, and the kids enjoyed their own room with bunk beds, giving them space to relax. We also brought along our four-legged pet, who had a wonderful time too. Initially, we were a little wary of the neighborhood, which looked somewhat sketchy, but we felt comfortable taking walks to the nearby park with the kids, as the locals were friendly and kind. The house features a spacious kitchen that we used extensively, saving us money compared to dining out for nine people. The grill was a nice bonus, letting us cook outside and keep the heat out of the house. We only encountered one issue, the washer was not working, which the owner quickly tried to address. Since it was near the end of our stay, we used a laundromat for laundry, and the owner arranged for a technician to repair it after we left. Overall, this place had everything we needed for our family and would highly recommend it for large families.

Great host, good house, but needs to be better stocked

The host was helpful and easy to communicate with. The house worked well for our 3-generational family visit. The game room is super fun for the kids. The location is very central to all sorts of fun things in Alburquerque. The house could be better stocked - not very many dishes other than plastic ones (so we had to wash the full set between every meal), not enough dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, etc. The beds are thinly made, but there were comfy blankets in the closets.

Rio Grande Blvd

The house was very clean and in great shape. The check in and check out process was super easy. Being so close to old town was great for walking to different restaurants. The air hockey table and other board games were a lot of fun too. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

This place was perfect for our needs. 4 families traveled to Albuquerque for a high school graduation. Each had their own room, yet there was tons of shared space. Robert was great to work with.

Great place to stay with the extended family

We had a great stay over the holidays in this lovely house. It was my expanded family of 7, and it was great to have a place where we could all stay together for Christmas. The house was immaculately clean, and the four bedrooms had super comfy memory foam beds. The bunk beds in one of the rooms were perfect for the younger cousins. They also really enjoyed the air hockey table. The host was very welcoming and very responsive to any question we had. All in all a great time in a great place.

Thanksgiving week stay

Very good response from owner. Even checked in with us after we checked in to make sure everything was ok. House was clean, new appliances and even stocked. We got in rather late so it was nice to be able to get up in the morning and be able to make pancakes before we headed out for the day. With 7 people showering I was worried about running out of hot water, we never had a problem at all.
